Study On The Problems And Countermeasures Of Rural "Toilet Revolution"

The rural "toilet revolution" is closely related to its environment and people’s health.The rural "toilet revolution" is one of the important components of beautiful countryside’s construction and improvement of human settlements,and it is an important task.There are still many difficulties to be solved in the process of promoting the "toilet revolution" in rural areas,and each region presents obvious regional characteristics.This thesis chooses the government behavior in the "toilet revolution" in S town of Tianjin as the main research object to promote the rural "toilet revolution",which is of great practical significance to rural governance.This thesis mainly adopts research methods such as literature research,field investigation and case analysis.Search thesis s,books,government documents and other information materials,explore and analyze the theoretical and practical achievements of the "toilet revolution",and combine a large number of documents to provide strong theoretical support for this study.By means of on-the-spot investigation and telephone interview,the research activities of "toilet revolution" were carried out in S Town,Tianjin,and the actual situation,existing problems and government actions of "toilet revolution" in Tianjin were comprehensively and deeply explored and analyzed through communication with the main body of "toilet revolution"-grass-roots civil servants,cadres of two village committees,farmers who changed toilets and third-party construction enterprises.Combined with some typical cases,this thesis makes a concrete analysis,finds out the existing problems of "toilet revolution" in S Town,Tianjin,and puts forward a series of suggestions and countermeasures.This thesis mainly includes five parts.The first part is the introduction,which briefly introduces and analyzes the research background,significance,research status,ideas,methods,contents and so on.The second part is the definition of basic concepts and theoretical basis.Based on the definition and analysis of related concepts,the related theoretical basis is introduced,so as to build a theoretical analysis framework of the problems and countermeasures in the process of promoting the rural toilet revolution.The third part studies and analyzes the current situation of rural toilet revolution in S Town,Tianjin,starting with the analysis of the general situation of rural toilet revolution in S Town,and then combing and summarizing the relevant policies of toilet reform,and summarizing the achievements of rural toilet revolution in Tianjin,especially S Town.In the fourth part,taking the rural toilet revolution in S Town as an example,the main problems faced by the rural toilet revolution in S Town are elaborated and analyzed in detail,and five main problems are summarized,and the causes of each problem are analyzed,and its contents are deeply explored and analyzed.The fifth part is the focus of this study.Combining with the main problems faced by S Town,it puts forward targeted countermeasures and suggestions to continue to promote the implementation of the rural "toilet revolution",and comprehensively combs and summarizes the responsibilities of grass-roots government,farmers’ willingness to change toilets,coordination of various departments,toilet change technology,relevant institutional mechanisms and other multi-angles and multi-dimensions.The author hopes that through the research of this thesis,we can improve the research on the promotion of rural "toilet revolution" from the perspective of public management,with a view to contributing to the rural revitalization of Tianjin and the construction of beautiful countryside.
