Analysis On The Path Of "Toilet Revolution" Under The Background Of Rural Revitalization

The history of toilet development often reflects the epitome of local economic and cultural development,and has certain representativeness.Winning the "toilet revolution" is also a part of many tasks to revitalize our country’s countryside,which can’t be ignored either.However,the work of "toilet revolution" seems simple,but it is not so easy to do well,which requires comprehensive,systematic and continuous efforts.At present,the toilet environment in rural areas of China has been improved,but there are still many shortcomings to be improved.This study adopts the method of empirical research,selects Ji ’an as a sample,and collects the first-hand data on the current situation of rural toilets and the effect of reconstruction work in this area,and sorts out the collected data through statistical analysis to understand the actual progress and situation of popularizing harmless sanitary toilets in this area.From this,we can find out the deficiencies exposed since the local "toilet revolution",trace the source of the problems,discuss the solutions one by one,and put forward reasonable and scientific suggestions for improvement.Shortcomings of the promotion of "toilet revolution" : the number of harmless sanitary toilets is insufficient,which can not meet the needs of improving the overall rural sanitary environment;At present,the technical means of treating toilet manure is not ideal and needs to be improved;Because of the lack of infrastructure,the supporting facilities needed by the harmless sanitary toilet can not be supplied up to standard,so that the function of the harmless sanitary toilet can not be effectively played;The overall planning of government departments is not systematic and comprehensive.The root of these shortcomings is that the propaganda is not in place and people have not paid enough attention to it;Technical level needs to be upgraded;Insufficient investment and differences,lack of high-quality financing channels;The management system is not systematic and comprehensive.The solution can start from the following aspects: building a systematic and perfect government management mechanism and strengthening the overall coordination ability of toilet reconstruction work;Increasing publicity and raising people’s health awareness have aroused widespread concern in society;Improve the efficiency of the use of funds;Strengthen technological research and development and upgrade,and break through technological bottlenecks.
