Origami art is a kind of traditional culture originated from ancient China.It is a historical treasure handed down from generation to generation by the Chinese nation and has profound cultural heritage and aesthetic connotation.Today,with the rapid development of social economy,origami art has gradually declined due to its limited practical use.Today,the art of origami has been included in the list of intangible cultural heritage in many places in China,so it is of great significance to deeply explore its inheritance and development in the new era.With the advancement of science and technology,digital technology has provided new ideas and means for the inheritance and development of traditional culture.Origami art should also keep pace with the times and radiate new brilliance with the help of digital technology.This article takes the digital practice of origami art as the starting point,discusses the possibility of the continuous development of origami art from the development process,craft techniques,characteristic attributes and educational value of origami art,and conducts an in-depth analysis of the relationship between origami art and traditional digitization.A preliminary summary of the ideas of digital practice of origami art.On this basis,the five major design elements of the 5E model are introduced to construct a standard design framework,and the user needs are summarized and classified,and the design strategy for the children’s origami creation platform is proposed.The inheritance and development of art and traditional culture provide new ideas and methods.The main function of the children’s origami creation platform built by this research institute is to compose origami drawings through origami components independently designed and edited by children while retaining the distinctive artistic features and craftsmanship of origami,and then print the origami drawings.Complete a creative origami work of art with custom origami components.In the process,children can learn the rich knowledge and techniques of origami art,and inherit and protect origami art in the creation of origami works.This is an emerging practice of digitizing traditional culture and expands the audience and audience of traditional cultural digitization practices.A new way of inheritance and protection of origami art.The children’s origami creation platform aims to meet the needs of children’s users for self-expression,and also ignites children’s enthusiasm for inheriting and protecting traditional art.However,due to technical limitations,the platform can only play a role in the design of two-dimensional origami components,and cannot generate threedimensional origami component effects at the same time,causing users to be restricted in the process of origami creation.This is a follow-up study.problems to be solved at work.
