Ecological Security Evaluation Of Huangshan City Based On PSR Model

In order to facilitate the allocation of regional ecological resources,promote the sustainable social and economic development of Huangshan City.Therefore,based on the theories of sustainable development,systems science,a ecological security evaluation index system for Huangshan City was constructed using the pressure-state-response(PSR)model according to the current situation of Huangshan City.The entropy weight method was employed to determine the weights of the evaluation indicators for comprehensive evaluation of ecological security in Huangshan City.Based on the comprehensive evaluation,the obstacle degree model was applied to identify the main obstacles influencing ecological security.Recommendations for achieving ecological environment protection and sustainable development were proposed,providing a reference for the sustainable and healthy development of Huangshan City’s economy and society.The results showed that:(1)During 2010-2020,the overall ecological security level of Huangshan City increased from level III to level IV,the ecological security state increased from general secure to safer secure state.The ecological security index increased from 0.4147 to 0.6081.For the criticial layer,the pressure index decreased from 0.2692 to 0.1468,the state index increased from 0.0797 to 0.1384,and the response index increased from 0.0659 to 0.3229.The overall ecological security situation improved in Huangshan City from 2010 to 2020.From the perspective of the spatial distribution of ecological security,the ecological security safety level of Huangshan City increased from 2010 to 2020,but the ecological security of various districts and counties in Huangshan City showed regional differences.From 2010 to 2020,the spatial distribution results of ecological security in Huangshan City were consistent with the results of ecological security time evaluation,and the ecological security situation of Huangshan City improved.(2)Based on the evaluation of ecological safety in Huangshan City,the barrier degree model was used to diagnose the ecological safety barrier factors in Huangshan City.For the indicator layer,the obstacle factors of ecological safety were mainly the comprehensive utilization rate of industrial solid waste,industrial waste gas emission,population density,and agricultural fertilizer applicatio in Huangshan Cityn.For the criterion layer,the barriers to ecological secure come from the pressure criterion layer and the response criterion layer in Huangshan City.(3)In order to guarantee the ecological security of Huangshan City and take into account the actual situation of Huangshan City,the following countermeasures and suggestions were proposed to help improve the ecological security level of Huangshan City:1)accelerating the ecology of green industry.2)strengthening the common governance of ecological environment.3)promoting the rectification and reform work of environmental protection inspectors.4)improving the ecological compensation mechanism.5)improving the ecological security guarantee system.
