| Reciprocating compressor in industrial production mainly to achieve gas compression and transportation,as a key industrial production equipment,with convenient processing,low cost,low power consumption,high work efficiency,stable operation and other advantages,usually used in petrochemical enterprises.With the development of the economy,the number of times the compressor is continuously improved,and its safety and reliability are also reduced,in order to ensure the normal and stable operation of the compressor,timely detection of faults and fault maintenance is the key to the level of compressor remote monitoring technology of each compressor enterprise.This paper takes 2D-90 reciprocating compressor signal data acquisition and remote monitoring as the research purpose,combined with the Internet of Things architecture system,Internet of Things wireless transmission technology,and fieldbus technology,and designs a set of Internet of Things-based systems 2D-90 Reciprocating Compressor Monitoring System.This article mainly does the following work:(1)Design the overall structure of the system based on the Internet of Things system architecture,and use the B/S mode to realize the system software framework At the same time,the application of 4G wireless Internet of Things long-distance transmission technology to achieve remote data transmission.(2)The application of fieldbus technology realizes the data acquisition of various sensors,and the Modbus association is adopted.The relevant communication between various PLC and inverters was completed to realize the data interaction of field devices.(3)Use the Tlink platform to draw a cloud configuration visualization interface,so as to realize remote monitoring,fault alarm,Data query and other related functions.(4)Finally,the relevant tests were carried out by using the host computer and mobile phone client,and the system ran stably.The system test results show that the application of 4G Internet of Things wireless transmission technology to remote monitoring of reciprocating compressors can realize remote monitoring and control of compressors,view the operating status of compressors,and effectively monitor the monitoring parameters of compressors,improve the safety and reliability of reciprocating compressors,and ensure the stable operation of compressors,so the system is of great significance to major enterprises. |
