With the transformation and upgrading of global digital industry,digital fashion is gradually becoming the development direction of the garment industry,and virtual simulation technology has also become an important scientific and technological frontier of the rapid development of the garment industry.At present,the application efficiency of virtual clothing products in the development process is low and the customer needs are diverse.Based on the existing virtual simulation technology,the rapid development of virtual clothing cannot be completed,nor can it timely meet the needs of consumers pursuing personalized clothing.The rapid development of virtual clothing has become one of the key problems to be solved at present.Based on the analysis of clothing composability,this study introduced the idea of modular design,made use of the principle of clothing similarity and reuse,and took the style structure as the characteristic elements to build the main structure model of clothing module division.In addition,the current popular home clothing was selected as an example to analyze the style structure.Through the structural analysis of 120 types of household clothing,it is found that H profile,flat lapel and sleeve are the main profiles of body,collar and sleeve of household clothing respectively.Household clothing components are divided into fixed modules constituting basic clothing styles and optional modules satisfying style design,forming a complete modular division main model of household clothing products.In order to realize the rapid development of clothing samples and shorten the cycle of clothing research and development,based on the theory of parametric design and the principle of women’s pattern design,the key issues related to the acquisition of basic samples and the construction of parameter constraint model when driving the automatic generation of women’s clothing samples were analyzed and discussed.Through the analysis of the size relationship between different structures of the garment sample,it is found that the body sample is mainly affected by the size of bust and back length,the sleeve sample is mainly affected by the size of sleeve length and armhole length,and the collar is affected by more modeling parameters and geometric parameters due to the complex modeling changes.Based on this,the Solve function parameter-driven plate-making model is established.The accuracy and usability of the parameter model have been tested.Based on the GUI technology of Matlab platform,the rapid generation system of home clothing samples has been developed to realize the rapid modification of clothing samples and the automatic generation of personalized samples.By creating "seven-layer" style classification and coding rules,modular clothing data management is realized,and coding rules are applied to virtual clothing design software to form a "cloud" module database,which is convenient for users to call at any time when designing clothes.By calling the clothing parts of the database for module splicing to quickly form new clothing,and through the parametric design to meet the individual needs of consumers,to achieve the efficient completion of the diversification of product development,digital and high-speed.Through the application research of the rapid development technology of virtual clothing based on modular design,the two application modes are respectively the arrangement and combination of components and modules and the deformation design of modules,to verify the practicability of the deformation design of the development technology,and the feasibility and rationality of the arrangement and combination of components and modules based on the virtual parts library are verified by the practical operation of the STYLE 3D software.To sum up,this paper establishes a relatively standard technology system for rapid development of virtual clothing based on modular design,so that enterprises can respond to market changes more quickly and realize rapid development of virtual clothing.
