In order to improve the color performance of jacquard fabric in gray simulation and its uniformity in gray gradient effect,the research focus of fabric design usually includes two aspects.One is the design of fabric structure,which can meet the level change and transition of simulation object by increasing the points of color yarn structure in a certain law.Second,the image color processing is carried out directly on the simulation object,so that it can represent the gradation level of gray through the density of black and white pixel points of two-color value.Grayscale simulation jacquard fabric is usually designed by shadow-light tissue database.Although it can basically meet the performance of the fabric on the level of light and shade and details of the image,it is still not ideal in the aspects of the uniformity of the transition of steps and the gray performance of the specific brightness tone image.To solve the above problems,this paper proposes a design method of special-shaped dot structure jacquard fabric based on image dot processing.The gray simulation performance of fabric is not only improved in the aspects of color stability and transition uniformity of fabric image,but also enriched the interesting effect of the appearance of jacquard fabric through the application design of different types of special-shaped dot database,to meet the personalized design needs of dot structure fabric,which provides a gray simulation of jacquard fabric creative design method for fabric designers.In this paper,the concept of special-shaped dot is proposed on the basis of clustered dot by combining digital screening technology.Based on conventional dot,the change design of dot shape,size and dot generation mode is carried out to develop different types of special-shaped dot database.According to the application field and scope of jacquard fabric,the appropriate special-shaped dot database is selected to be applied in fabric design.It not only meets the requirement of gray simulation performance,but also has certain creative effect.In order to explore the gray simulation performance of special-shaped dot fabric,it is necessary to study its design principles and methods,design experiments and analyze the color law of the fabric,and further explore the creative design application of special-shaped dot database in gray simulation fabric.Firstly,this paper proposes the design principle and method of the special-shaped dot database,so that the continuously adjusted gray image can be transformed into the two-color value dot image with gray gradient simulation effect,and verifies the feasibility of the dot database design method.The design of dot parameters,such as dot shape,size and arrangement Angle,can make the dot image present different visual effects.By exploring the variation principle of the design parameters of the special-shaped dot database,several groups of special-shaped dot database with different parameters are designed respectively.After the practice of image dot processing,the dot images with the effect of gray gradient simulation are obtained.The generation process is analyzed and discussed in detail,and the principles of the design parameters such as the dot shape,dot size and dot distribution angle are expounded.This paper puts forward and summarizes the change mode of pixels in the irregular dot,the arrangement direction between dots,and the design method of dot database constituting two-color value image.Secondly,this paper explores the color pattern of special-shaped dot structure fabric,first create the initial special-shaped dot database,under the production conditions of white warp and black weft,design and weave the special-shaped dot fabric color cards and images,at the same time set up the shadow-light fabric group,respectively for color measurement and data collection.According to the brightness characteristics of color cards and images of special-shaped dot fabric and shadow-light fabric,the mean value and difference of brightness are compared and analyzed,and the color rendering characteristics and gray simulation performance of special-shaped dot structure are verified.On this basis,the color rendering of the dot database is optimized,and the second-generation special-shaped dot database is developed.Under the same conditions,the optimized dot database is used to design and weave color cards and image fabric samples,and the brightness data of the fabric and color cards are compared with the initial dot database.The results show that the optimized dot database fabric has a smoother appearance and a more uniform gray gradient effect.Thirdly,this paper evaluates the influence of the design parameters of the special-shaped dot database on the fabric gray simulation performance,mainly from the three aspects of the dot shape,dot unit size,dot database level,respectively.Through the control variable method,change the setting value of each parameter,weave multiple groups of image fabric under different parameters.According to the appearance color characteristics of the dot fabric,fabric detail display,and the comparison of the mean brightness of the fabric after the evenly divided area,the influence of the design parameters of the special-shaped dot on the color of the fabric was analyzed,and the best parameter setting value to improve the gray simulation performance of the fabric image was summarized.Finally,this paper puts forward the application design method of special-shaped dot database in jacquard fabric,using different special-shaped dot database to carry on the dot processing to the various color areas of the design drawing,and finally according to the final design dot image for fabric design and weaving.When the design drawing is networked,the dot blocks of different shapes and sizes should be superimposed and combined,so that it can not only have good gray simulation performance when showing the delicate changes of light and shade of the image,but also have abundant dot pattern effect when showing the large area of pure color blocks or gradual color blocks.Based on the combined application of special-shaped dot database,the fabric with single warp,single weft and double weft structure is designed respectively.The results show that the jacquard fabric with special-shaped dot structure has stable gray simulation performance and rich creative design value.To sum up,this paper describes the design principles and methods of dot shape,size,distribution Angle and generation mode based on monochrome printing technology,and generates a variety of types of special-shaped dot graphic database.According to the characteristics and requirements of gray simulation objects,select the appropriate dot database for fabric design and weaving,and develop gray simulation jacquard fabric with special dot effect.It meets the requirements of gray simulation and personalized appearance design of fabric and provides a theoretical reference and a new design idea for the innovation of gray simulation jacquard fabric based on image dot. |
