With the presentation of environmentally sustainable development strategy,the concept of green development has become an important guiding ideology for high-quality economic development,which has pointed out the direction for the transformation and upgrading of enterprises.However,although enterprises have committed to green technology innovation in recent years,there are still problems such as low efficiency of green technology innovation,collaborative inertia of enterprises and unbalanced supply and demand of green products.Improving the efficiency of green technology innovation and promoting the transformation and upgrading of green manufacturing have become an effective way to solve the contradiction between limited resources and unlimited energy demand.Some literature has applied evolutionary game theory to the study of green technology innovation by multiple agents,supply chain pricing decisions under consumer green preferences,and user participation in virtual community value co-creation,but after reviewing the literature,there is little research on the low efficiency of green technology innovation due to the lack of incentive for green innovation and collaborative innovation inertia among cluster enterprises,and there is also a lack of research on the path of green value co-creation under user participation based on evolutionary game.There is also a lack of literature on green value co-creation in clusters based on evolutionary game.In the era of digitally empowered economy,the ability of users to break the "information barrier" and utilize resources has been rapidly enhanced.Based on the theory of value co-creation,it is more relevant to explore the path of green value co-creation in cluster enterprises with user participation and achieve systemic Pareto improvement.This paper combines evolutionary game theory with value co-creation theory,economic reciprocity theory and management science,and constructs the government-core company-supporting company evolutionary game model,the government-cluster company-consumer evolutionary game model and the government department-manufacturing company-research institution-user quadratic evolutionary game model.By establishing the basic entry tree model of the flow rate of SD evolutionary game,the path evolution process of green value co-creators of cluster enterprises and the influence of stability are simulated and analyzed by using MATLAB.The research results are specified as follows:(1)When the government’s preference is strong,the adoption of tax incentive policies and carbon emission penalty measures can promote the green technology innovation of cluster enterprises.The dual-linkage policy of tax incentive and dynamic green subsidy has a more obvious stimulating effect than the single policy.(2)When the government’s green preference is at a moderate level,government subsidy intensity and technology innovation greenness have a significant positive incentive effect on the green co-creation value of cluster enterprises.(3)When the government’s green preference is weak,the cost and risk of green technology innovation have a restricting effect on enterprises’ green technology innovation,and the cluster enterprises get a low degree of support for green technology innovation,lack the motivation of green technology innovation,and release less green social welfare.(4)The green co-creation coefficient and subsidy factor of core enterprises and supporting enterprises in cluster enterprises directly affect the co-creation value path evolution of cluster enterprises,and the cocreation coefficient needs to be within a certain threshold range to play a positive linkage effect.(5)The coordinated change of initial intention of user participation and green sensitivity coefficient is conducive to the evolution of cluster enterprises towards green technology innovation path.Moreover,the willingness of government subsidies and the willingness of users to participate are related to the greenness of products.(6)The enhancement of user participation will increase the market share and total revenue of enterprises’ green value co-creation products,and the depth of value co-creation will help improve enterprises’ green innovation potential.(7)A reasonable threshold of government subsidies has a positive driving effect on balancing the interest orientation of green value cocreators and promoting them to reach a balanced state.In addition,when users are environment-oriented subjects,the greenness of products directly determines the choice of user strategies,and increasing the reputation loss of users’ negative evaluation forces manufacturing enterprises to choose green value co-creation.In the era of high-quality development of digital enabling economy,the realization of green value co-creation is an important means to promote the green transformation and upgrading of manufacturing industry and environmentally sustainable development.It is imperative to promote the green value co-creation of cluster enterprises and improve the efficiency of green technology innovation.Based on the research conclusion,this paper puts forward eight suggestions on the formation mechanism of promoting cluster enterprises’ willingness to co-create green value,so as to help the development of green economy.
