| With the development and utilization of coal resources,the environmental pollution of industrial squares caused by coal mining is becoming more and more serious,which has gradually become the most prominent problem affecting regional social and economic development and people’s life.In addition,considering the increasing energy consumption,our country will face a more serious challenge of energy scarcity.Therefore,the implementation of reasonable carbon emission reduction measures in coal mine industrial plaza is very important for the green transformation of coal enterprises and the harmonious development of society.(1)Briefly summarize the basic function of coal mine industrial square,analyze the coal mine surface production system and the structure of industrial square,and divide the types of coal mine industrial square;Find out the current environmental problems facing the industrial square,dig the cause and course of the change of the environmental demand of the industrial square,and make clear that the carbon emission reduction demand of the coal mine industrial square is to reduce energy consumption and carbon dioxide emissions.(2)The carbon emission source of industrial square was found out,and the carbon emission measurement model of coal mine industrial square was established according to the carbon emission classification and calculation method of IPCC guidelines.Using cleaner production theory,invention problem solving theory and IPAT equation,a carbon emission reduction scheme suitable for coal mine industrial plaza was proposed.Thirteen secondary indexes were selected from three dimensions of economy,technology and society.The subjective and objective weights of each secondary index are calculated by fuzzy analytic hierarchy process and entropy weight method,and then the combination weights are determined by game thought.On the basis of the traditional multi-attribute decision analysis and the traditional TOPSIS method,the cloud model-a comprehensive evaluation model based on TOPSIS thought is constructed.The cloud model generates the membership degree of each index in the benchmark cloud,and obtains the comprehensive membership degree formed by the integration of the membership degree of all indexes according to the combined weight value of each evaluation index.Using the TOPSIS idea as reference,the positive and negative ideal clouds are compared with each scheme,and the average proximity difference is calculated to determine the priority of the scheme.(3)Taking C coal mine Industrial Square as a case study,16 carbon emission reduction schemes suitable for C coal mine Industrial square are proposed.Through game theory-cloud model-Topsis scheme evaluation model,the evaluation grade of 16 schemes and the ranking of the schemes are calculated.Among the 16 schemes,Plan 6is ranked first,followed by Plan 10 and Plan 14,and Plan 5 is ranked last.Appropriate carbon emission reduction measures can effectively reduce carbon dioxide emissions in industrial squares,and achieve the purpose of promoting lowcarbon production and green transformation of coal enterprises.The optimization model of carbon emission reduction scheme for coal mine industrial plaza can solve practical problems well,and also conforms to the development concept of coal industry. |
