| With the rural revitalisation strategy being proposed,rural environmental governance has received widespread attention.Rural sewage treatment is an important part of the renovation of rural human living environment.the rural sewage treatment facilities construction project has many difficulties,such as scattering working faces,large quantities,many interesting parties.And most companies do not pay enough attention to project management that undertaking projects of rural domestic sewage treatment.So the projects often have problems such as costing overrun and construction period extension.The purpose of this thesis is to reduce the possibility of cost overrun and construction period extension of rural domestic sewage treatment projects through project risk management.First of all,the research object of this thesis is the rural sewage treatment facilities construction project in X County.The project is divided into three stages,the risk of this project was initially selected by using the literature analysis method,and then the project risk was further screened by using the interview method to obtain the final risk list.Next,based on the final risk list,the risk assessment system of rural domestic sewage treatment project is constructed.And the identified project risks are assessed by entropy weight method and gray fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method.Finally,we formulate risk response strategies and measures based on the results of project risk assessment,and monitor risks.It can be seen from the research results that: The project has 11 types of risks,including 25 risk factors.The overall risk of the rural sewage treatment facilities construction project in X County is between medium risk and higher risk,slightly inclined to higher risk.25 project risk factors are also mostly between medium risk and higher risk.From the perspective of risk classification,the biggest risk is management risk,the lowest risk level is policy and legal risk.From a single risk factor,the biggest risk is the villagers’ obstruction of construction,the lowest risk level is the change of policies and laws.According to the evaluation results,the project adopted a combination strategy of risk mitigation,risk transfer and risk acceptance to deal with risks.According to the evaluation results,the risk response strategy was formulat-ed;And specific response measures were formulated for 7 risk factors between high risk and higher risk. |
