As a basic industry related to the national economy,molds are undergoing industrial transformation,and the demand for technical skills talents has become greater.The "National Vocational Education Reform Implementation Plan" proposes that vocational colleges should actively carry out the "three education" reform,cultivate high-quality skilled and technical personnel,and meet the actual needs of enterprises and industries.As a key part of the reform of "three educations",the curriculum is of great significance to the cultivation of skilled and technical talents."Stamping Die Making" integrates the structural knowledge and related practical skills of stamping dies,and is one of the core courses of the mid-career mold manufacturing technology major.In view of the fact that there is still a certain gap between the mold graduates cultivated by secondary vocational colleges and the talents actually required by enterprises,the development of the "stamping mold manufacturing" project is the main direction of curriculum reform.This study conducts research on the development of the course project "Stamping Die Manufacturing" from four aspects:First of all,through literature research,the paper combs the development process of typical foreign vocational education curriculum models and our country’s project curriculum,analyzes the current situation of the research and application of vocational education curriculum project,with a view to clarifying the relevant curriculum and teaching reform direction of secondary vocational mold specialty.Secondly,according to the demand for mold talent ability and the teaching status of the middle-level "stamping mold manufacturing" course,the research was carried out.Through questionnaires and interview surveys,we understand the teaching feedback of teachers and students on "Stamping Mold Manufacturing",clarify the needs of enterprises for comprehensive vocational ability of talents,explore the careers of mold practitioners,and through the research and comparison of schools and enterprises,it is attributed to the current problems of "Stamping Mold Manufacturing" such as the discipline of course structure and the rigidization of course implementation.Taking the existing problems as the anchor,the feasibility analysis of the course project was carried out.Furthermore,follow the relevant theoretical framework,the project development of Stamping Die Manufacturing is carried out in five aspects:analyzing work tasks and professional abilities,determining curriculum objectives,selecting and organizing curriculum content,developing curriculum structure,and designing curriculum evaluation.The development idea of the project "Stamping Die Manufacturing" is systematically clarified: each project is in the enterprise situation,and the five typical tasks of "order parts analysis-mold process plan determination-mold design-mold processing-mold assembly" are taken as the context to reorganize the relationship between theory and practice,so as to improve students’ comprehensive professional ability and solve the existing problems of the course.Finally,taking the second project of Stamping Die Manufacturing as an implementation case,the teaching implementation of the project was carried out in K Vocational and Technical School.The effectiveness of project-based curriculum development is tested through experimental research.Practice has proved that the project-based development of Stamping Die Manufacturing can consolidate students’ comprehensive professional ability.
