With the acceleration of industrialization,China’s national strength is constantly improving,and the manufacturing level is also constantly upgrading.In view of the wide application of chemical pumps in industrial production,it is necessary to develop an operation and maintenance system for the operation of chemical pumps.Chemical pumps are widely used in chemical production,industrial manufacturing and other fields.With the increase of working hours,the internal parts of chemical pumps will gradually age,which will affect the performance of chemical pumps.The cost of testing chemical pumps will increase with the passage of time,and serious safety accidents will occur due to untimely testing.At present,the monitoring data types are not comprehensive enough,the collection terminal system is not simple enough,the visualization level of collected data is not high,and the intelligent diagnosis level of chemical pump faults is not high.Therefore,in order to improve the comprehensiveness,data visualization and intelligent diagnosis of chemical pump operation status data,and reduce the inspection and maintenance costs of enterprises,a remote operation and maintenance system of chemical pump based on cloud platform is developed.Firstly,the typical faults of chemical pump are analyzed,and the overall scheme of remote operation and maintenance system of chemical pump is designed.The PLC controller is used to build the data acquisition terminal of the chemical pump,so as to collect information data such as vibration,temperature,flow rate,pressure,current and whether the pump body leaks,and realize data transmission through serial communication and remote wireless communication module.The Internet of Things platform is built in the cloud platform,the connection between equipment and the Internet of Things platform is realized through MQTT protocol,the design of human-computer interaction is realized,the operation data of chemical pump is monitored in real time,and the collected data is stored in the cloud by designing the rules of cloud data flow and cloud database.Then,the fault diagnosis theory of chemical pump rolling bearing is studied.The improved wavelet threshold method is used to denoise the vibration signal of rolling bearing,and the fault diagnosis model of rolling bearing is trained by convolutional neural network to realize the fault identification of rolling bearing of chemical pump.Finally,through the experimental test of the data acquisition terminal system and remote communication function of the chemical pump,all the operation data of the chemical pump to be obtained in the design can be obtained normally,which proves the feasibility of building a platform,real-time monitoring and storage.Through the training of rolling bearing fault model,the feasibility and accuracy of intelligent fault diagnosis are verified.The research and development of remote diagnosis system for chemical pumps can provide a basis for real-time monitoring and fault diagnosis of chemical pumps,so that enterprises can obtain real-time data of chemical pumps,and judge the health status of chemical pumps by analyzing various data during operation.At the same time,the fault diagnosis model can automatically identify various fault types of chemical pump rolling bearings,which improves the efficiency of fault diagnosis and reduces the maintenance cost.
