As a non-renewable energy,crude oil has a strategic position and is of great significance to national development.At present,most of the oil wells in China have entered a period of high water content,and the realization of remote real-time online monitoring of crude oil moisture content can accurately monitor the crude oil moisture content of oil wells in real time,reflect the working state of oil wells,and then formulate appropriate mining plans to improve the efficiency of crude oil exploitation.In this paper,by comparing the current detection methods of crude oil moisture content,microwave detection technology is determined to develop a remote online monitoring system for crude oil moisture content.The system is mainly composed of moisture content detector,data controller and remote monitoring platform.The paper completes the system hardware circuit design,software programming and field test experiment.The crude oil moisture content detector is installed on the wellhead pipeline of oil well.STM32F103ZET6 is used as the main control chip,the microwave signal generator generates a microwave signal which is amplified and processed,one signal is transmitted to the crude oil through the antenna,and is received by the antenna after reflection,and enters the amplitude phase detection circuit,and the other microwave signal directly enters the amplitude phase detection circuit.The amplitude phase detection circuit converts the phase difference and amplitude ratio of the two signals into voltage output,which is output to the AD acquisition circuit inside the single chip microcomputer.After filtering,according to the relationship between crude oil moisture content and phase offset voltage and temperature compensation algorithm,the actual crude oil moisture content is obtained,and transmitted to the data controller through Lo Ra wireless transmission.The data controller is installed in the control cabinet,and STM32F103ZET6 is used as the main control chip.In addition to the Lo Ra wireless transmission circuit and power circuit are the same as the crude oil moisture content detector,LCD display circuit and 4G wireless transmission circuit are designed to upload the data to the remote monitoring platform.The main program,AD acquisition program,temperature compensation program,data processing program,Lo Ra wireless communication program and 4G wireless communication program were written by the crude oil moisture content detector and data controller through KEIL software.The Qt Creator integrated development environment and My SQL database are used to complete the design of remote monitoring platform.The remote monitoring platform can save the data from the data controller to the My SQL database.Users can view the crude oil moisture content in real time through the monitoring interface,and can also find the crude oil moisture content of the corresponding time through the input query time.The system was tested in DR502-2 oil well in Erenhot,Inner Mongolia.The water content of crude oil measured by the system for a long time was compared with the manual measurement results.The results show that the change trend of water content is consistent,and the error of water content meets the requirements of crude oil exploration.The practical application effect of remote online monitoring system for crude oil water content is verified.
