| Since the reform and opening up,with the rapid development of urbanization,the rapid increase of population has caused unprecedented pressure on cities.At present,most cities in China,especially large cities,are facing problems and phenomena such as resource shortage,environmental pollution,insufficient supply of public goods and public services,and excessive infrastructure load.It is difficult for urban ecosystems to respond effectively to changes in internal and external environments,and the sustainable development of cities has been severely challenged.How to promote the healthy and sustainable development of cities has become an important agenda for urban development.Scientific evaluation of the level of healthy urban development,identifying the main factors affecting the healthy development of the city and clarifying the relationship between the two have an important role in promoting the healthy development of the city.Urban green land plays an important role in promoting urban development in improving urban thermal environment,promoting residents ’ mental health and reducing PM2.5concentration,so it has attracted the attention of many scholars.It is more and more urgent to scientifically evaluate the relationship between urban healthy development and green land development.In recent years,the relevant theories based on social-ecological system theory and sustainable development goals provide a new perspective for us to examine the level of urban development.Health promotion theory and coupling coordination theory also provide a new method for us to evaluate urban health level and explore the relationship between urban health level and green land level.Based on this,this paper takes the scientific evaluation of the healthy urban development level,green land intensity and the coupling coordination degree between urban green land intensity and healthy development level in the Yellow River Basin as the goal,and selects 79 prefecture-level cities along the Yellow River Basin as the research object.With the help of entropy weight TOPSIS method,coupling coordination degree model,normalization method,GIS spatial analysis method and spatial autocorrelation model,the green land intensity,healthy development level and the coupling coordination relationship between the two of 79 prefecture-level cities along the Yellow River Basin are evaluated.Firstly,based on the availability of data,the park green area and the green coverage area of the built-up area are selected as the evaluation index system of green land.Based on the basic concepts of ’ healthy city ’ and ’ urban green land ’ and the connotation of social ecosystem theory,22 key index factors are selected from the three dimensions of life,society and environment to construct a healthy city evaluation index system.Secondly,the entropy weight TOPSIS model is used to comprehensively evaluate the green land intensity and the development level of healthy cities in the Yellow River Basin.Finally,the coupling coordination model is used to evaluate the coupling coordination relationship between green land intensity and healthy city development level in the Yellow River Basin,and the possible reasons affecting the coupling coordination degree are analyzed.The research shows that:(1)During the study period,the intensity of green land in the Yellow River Basin was in a slow upward trend,and the growth trend was good.The number of cities below the average decreased from 37 to 23,and the development was more balanced.From the perspective of the upper,middle and lower reaches,the upper reaches of the Yellow River have the lowest starting point but the fastest growth rate,while the lower reaches of the Yellow River have the highest starting point and the slowest growth rate.In terms of absolute value,the intensity of green land in the Yellow River Basin shows a steady upward trend,and the overall intensity has been significantly improved.In terms of relative value,the intensity of green land has changed from the initial high-level cities mainly concentrated in the middle and lower reaches of the Yellow River to the upper,middle and lower reaches,and the distribution is more uniform.(2)During the study period,the development level of the Yellow River healthy city experienced a trend of first decline and then rise,only declined from 2005 to 2010,and was in a steady state from 2010 to2020.From the perspective of the upper,middle and lower reaches,the green land intensity in the upper reaches of the Yellow River was the highest in 15 years,but the growth rate was the slowest.The health starting point of the lower reaches of the Yellow River is the lowest,but the growth rate is the fastest.The level of urban development gradually exceeds the middle reaches of the Yellow River and approaches the level of the upper reaches of the Yellow River in 2020.In terms of absolute value,the development level of healthy cities in the Yellow River Basin shows a significant upward trend,and the progress of urban development is obvious.In terms of relative value,the health degree changed from the initial high level and higher level concentrated distribution in the middle and upper reaches of the Yellow River Basin to the upper,middle and lower reaches,and the distribution was more uniform.(3)There is a significant positive driving relationship between the green land intensity of prefecture-level cities in the Yellow River Basin and the development level of healthy cities,but the coordination level is not high,and it is in the transition stage from moderate imbalance to low coordination and from low coordination to moderate coordination.The coupling coordination degree shows significant regional differences in space,and there is a spatial distribution pattern of ’ east strong and west weak,lower strong and upper weak ’.(4)The spatial distribution of the coupling coordination degree of green intensity and healthy urban development level in the Yellow River Basin shows a significant agglomeration effect.(5)Coupling coordination degree of green land intensity and healthy city development level in the Yellow River Basin The number of hot and cold cities is decreasing,indicating that the difference of coupling coordination degree among 79 cities in the Yellow River Basin is decreasing.The agglomeration of hot spots in the lower reaches of the Yellow River Basin and the agglomeration of cold spots in the middle and upper reaches of the Yellow River also show that the development speed of the coupling coordination degree in the lower reaches of the Yellow River is better than that in the middle and upper reaches of the Yellow River. |
