With the increase of new energy vehicle ownership year by year,the number of power batteries has surged,and power batteries will become a huge hidden danger of environmental pollution after the end of the life cycle,and the establishment of a sound reverse logistics network to ensure the efficient and low-carbon recycling of waste automobile batteries has become the focus.Therefore,this paper selects the reverse logistics network of waste automobile batteries as the research content,and studies the planning and design of waste automobile battery recycling networks under different carbon emission constraint policies from the perspective of reverse to achieve the win-win goal of economic and ecological benefits of the supply chain of reverse logistics networks.In this paper,the current status of relevant research at home and abroad is sorted out,and the content and methods of this research are determined.The basic theories of reverse logistics and carbon emission constraints of waste vehicle batteries are summarized,and the structure,characteristics and operation modes of waste vehicle battery reverse logistics networks are expounded.Then,after in-depth analysis of the development of reverse logistics of waste automobile batteries,it was found that there were many shortcomings in the recycling system,and the recycling network was not sound enough,resulting in insufficient recycling benefits.From the perspective of qualitative analysis,the impact of carbon emission constraints on the construction concept of reverse logistics network planning strategic layer,the planning and layout of tactical layer and the node operation of the operation layer were expounded.Then,using 0-1 mixed integer programming and multi-objective planning,different network optimization models based on carbon emission caps,carbon taxes and carbon emission trading rights constraints are constructed,and the reverse logistics network is optimized from the two directions of total carbon emissions and total network cost.Finally,taking enterprise B as the research object,the reverse logistics network of waste automobile batteries under three carbon emission constraints is established,and the LINGO software is used to solve it.The carbon emission cap constraint has a significant effect on reducing carbon emissions,the carbon tax constraint shows significant compulsion,and the carbon emission trading right constraint is more conducive to the conclusion of long-term behavior of enterprises.
