In recent years,the research on environmental pollution control in China has developed rapidly,and the environmental protection industry occupies the first place in the strategic emerging industry.China continues to strengthen the protection of ecological environment,and the quality of ecological environment has been improved.In order to solve the problem of up to standard discharge of industrial sewage of factories and enterprises in the park,Dongfang Industrial Park has built a sewage treatment plant to solve the problem of sewage discharge of factories and enterprises in the industrial park.The construction process of the project may be affected by various uncertain factors.Therefore,the construction unit needs to use scientific methods to carry out risk management in the construction stage of the project in the construction preparation stage.From the perspective of the constructor,this thesis takes Dongfang Deep Sea Sewage Discharge Project as the research object.By considering the characteristics of construction technology and risk management theories,the thesis divides the risk management work for the construction stage of the project into three steps,namely“risk identification”,“risk evaluation”,and “risk response”.For the risk identification step,the thesis recognises possible risk factors by literature review and expert surveys.The factors are then classified,interpreted,and screened through questionnaires.A risk index is therefore developed.For the risk evaluation step,a fuzzy synthetic evaluation model is used and an indicator factor set is built.The weight of the indicators is determined by Analytic hierarchy process.The membership of the indicator to the risk level is then figured out,followed by the result of the fuzzy synthetic evaluation.For the risk response step,the risk level and important evaluation indicators of the project during the construction stage are determined in accordance with the max-membership principle.Countermeasures are then proposed for high risk factors for early prevention and control.This thesis combines risk management theories with the specifics of the project,uses massive information and rich experience of industry insiders,to provide a theoretical basis for the constructor to improve its risk management system of the project during its construction phase.The relevant conclusions can be incorporated into the construction organization design,HSE management plan and other construction documents of the project.And it also has reference significance for the prevention and control of risks in similar projects. |
