| The phenomenon is very common in contemporary adults.Long-term external eight feet not only affect posture,but also lead to arch collapse,calf muscle pain,hip injury,back pain,and abnormal leg curves.In recent years,more and more people join the ranks of jogging.The running form will affect the efficiency and safety of jogging,and the wrong running form will aggravate the phenomenon of foot eight.After investigation and investigation,it is found that the foot eight correction products on the market generally have problems such as unable to adjust the height,poor durability and complex operation process.In view of the above situation,based on the existing correction structure,this paper innovatively proposes a free adjustment,simple operation and durable corrective protection device for the foot outer eight.The main research contents of this paper are as follows: First,the differences between correct and wrong running posture and the pathological causes of external eight feet are analyzed.Combined with the correction principles and existing problems of the existing external eight feet correction devices,the feasibility of introducing corrective devices into running shoes and improving the phenomenon of external eight feet is summarized to provide a theoretical basis for the design of corrective devices.Secondly,combined with the results of user interviews and market research,the design positioning and design strategy of corrective devices were summarized.Through the investigation of target users and the analysis of related product cases,the functional design of the device is determined as: adjustability,durability and simplicity.Based on the functional characteristics of the device,the device is divided into fixed structure and rotating structure,and the two control structures are integrated.Thirdly,design practice was carried out based on the design strategy of corrective devices.By splitting and understanding the relevant structure of existing products,practical design was carried out on the structure of corrective devices and real grass models were made.The test results proved that the corrective devices could effectively improve the phenomenon of external foot eight in jogging state.Finally,a series of running shoe styles with the function of foot correction and protection devices are designed.In order to improve the phenomenon of foot protection by introducing corrective protective devices into running shoes,this paper combines the corrective protective devices with the design of running shoes,proposes the design method and strategy of splitting the device functions first and then integrating them,and verifies the effectiveness of corrective protective devices through usability testing.The research results of this paper provide a new design direction for the design of running shoes,and hope to provide a new reference for the design research in the field of foot correction. |
