| Traditional hand-tufted(flocked)velvet carpet made in China is well known as "soft gold",which is famous in the world for its compact structure,flexible and diverse patterns,fine workmanship,tough texture,and brocade-like after washing.It has a very broad market prospect.However,the problems of complex weaving process,low efficiency,high labor intensity and high labor cost have become the bottleneck restricting the development of carpet manufacturing enterprises due to the rising labor price of tufting(flocking)workers and the disappearance of the "demographic dividend" of the carpet manufacturing industry.The development of a fully automatic gun-punched flocking carpet loom that can replace hand-tufted carpets with artificially woven cut and loop piles has a good role in promoting the transformation and upgrading of hand-tufted carpet manufacturing.In response to the needs of domestic high-end tufted carpet manufacturers,this article has jointly developed a fully automatic gun-punched flocking carpet loom that can replace hand-made carpets collated with Qingdao Red Forest Co.,Ltd.and Qingdao Welker Machinery Manufacturing Co.,Ltd.On the basis of extensive research and review of relevant documents at home and abroad,the paper introduces the overall scheme of the automatic gun-punched flocking carpet loom based on DSP+FPGA multi-axis motion controller,and then gives the overall design framework and structure of the entire control system software involving the control software design and development scheme of multi-axis motion controller.Based on the industrial computer as the basic platform,the Gugao GTS-800-PV-PCIe multi-axis motion controller based on the "DSP+FPGA" architecture is proposed to control the 6 servo motors and 2 stepper motors of the loom synchronously in real time,which can combine the information processing capabilities and open features of industrial control computers with the powerful high-speed data computing capabilities,real-time signal processing capabilities,motion trajectory control capabilities of multi-axis motion controller DSP chips,and multi-axis parallel logic control capabilities of FPGA chips.The organic combination ensures that the loom control system can not only perform complex trajectory planning,high-speed multi-axis interpolation,but also ensure the stability and accuracy of the motion controller.This paper uses C# language to write industrial computer application control program function modules in Visual Studio development environment,The multi-dimensional linear interpolation,circular interpolation,PID control and other motion control instructions of the dynamic link library provided by Googol Technology have compiled the real-time multi-axis motion control program of the multi-axis motion controller.The fully automatic gun-punched flocking carpet loom based on DSP+FPGA multi-axis motion controller jointly developed with Qingdao Red Forest Co.,Ltd.and Qingdao Welker Machinery Manufacturing Co.,Ltd.has been adopted by tufted carpet manufacturers in southeast China.From the actual production situation of the loom,it can be seen that this control system scheme of the automatic gun-prick tufted carpet loom developed in this paper is feasible and works stably,the operation quality is reliable. |
