China’s hazardous chemical-related packaging machinery research and development started late,the development of slow,the main reason was that powdered hazardous chemicals in the process of packaging,easy to produce dust accumulation,easy to trigger an explosion,there were great safety risks.In addition,in order to prevent powdered hazardous chemicals in the process of transportation and storage of moisture absorption or caking,the packaging of such materials in China often used double bags,and the requirements of the inner and outer bags were tied method.At present,the front end of the line can be filled and measured using existing mature technology,while the back end of the line still requires manual involvement for the most part.The main reason was that the powdered hazardous chemicals in the packaging process of double-layer bags outside the bag automatic tying technology had not been a breakthrough.Nowadays,most of the market adopted manual lashing or semi-automatic equipment to assist manual lashing,which was not very good at liberating labor and eliminating safety hazards.With the progress of the times and the innovation of technology,there was an urgent need to develop a fully automatic packaging line for powdered hazardous chemicals to achieve the goal of continuous automatic production and unmanned operation.The paper took the powdered hazardous chemical packaging system outer bag automatic tying device as the research object,and studies its working principle and functional structure.The successful development of the device,to improve the degree of automation of powdered hazardous chemical packaging system had a certain guiding significance,and at the same time for all kinds of materials needed double bag outer-bag tyingr way also had a certain reference role.The main studies were as follows:Firstly,the conceptual design method was used to analyze the functional requirements of the outer-bag tying device,and the uter-bag tying function was decomposed into five sub-functional modules: lifting bag opening,supporting bag opening,exhausting,closing bag opening,and tying bag opening.By means of function-to-structure mapping,a structural solution that satisfied a specific function was derived,and multiple solutions to met the requirements were proposed.A total of eight solutions were obtained through permutations and combinations,and then the solutions were evaluated to obtain an optimized solution that met the requirements.Secondly,Each of the components of the outer-bag automatic tying device for powdered hazardous chemical packaging system: outer-bag holder assembly,outer-bag spreader swing assembly,outer-bag transverse clamping assembly,exhaust assembly,outer-bag longitudinal closure assembly,and storage tying assembly were designed separately.The key parameters of each component were analyzed,and the selection of drive components were completed.At the same time,the whole device was treated with dustproof and anti-static.After that,the structural model of the device was completed using Solid Works 3D software.Thirdly,the kinematic analysis of the key structure was carried out by ADAMS software,and the trajectory of the structure was determined.Then,using the finite element method,the static analysis of the tie was carried out,and the fracture deformation and stress of the tie were obtained.The simulation data showed the reasonable structure design and smooth motion of the device.Finally,The prototype of the automatic bag-clamping device for powdered hazardous chemical packaging system designed by this project was tested.After several groups of experiments,the experiment proveed that: this device clamps the bag with high efficiency and good quality,and can meet the expected requirements.
