| With the rapid development of biotechnology and the popularization of information technology since the 21 st century,the biotechnology industry has gradually become another leading industry driving the world economy.Countries around the world have increased their investment in the biotechnology industry,and China has also actively introduced some relevant policy measures and plans to promote the sustainable development of the biotechnology industry.Based on this,more and more biotechnology companies are entering the market.The "14th Five Year Plan" biobased economy Development Plan in 2022 further emphasizes that the development of biotechnology industry plays an important role in promoting the high-quality development of the national economy.Facing the "14th Five Year Plan" and a longer period in the future,the rapid development of the Internet,new scientific discoveries and technological breakthroughs and innovations will make the competition between Chinese enterprises more intense,and the pace of reform and innovation will be accelerated,To succeed in this constantly changing market environment,it is necessary to have "hard" strength centered on high-quality products,low prices,and comprehensive services,as well as "soft" strength centered on internal management and organizational culture of the enterprise.Based on this,this study takes employees of G Company as the survey object,and adopts the four-dimensional theory of organizational cultural identity of Chen Zhi,a scholar from the middle school,to measure organizational cultural identity of employees of G Company from multiple dimensions.At the same time,Borman and Motowidlo’s widely circulated twodimensional performance scale was also used to measure employee performance of G company employees.Based on the analysis of the questionnaire information,this paper conducts an empirical study on the path of organizational cultural identity influencing employee performance through the fuzzy set qualitative comparative analysis method(fs QCA).The specific conclusions are as follows:(1)Organizational cultural identity is the key factor that affects the performance of employees’ tasks and relationships.Therefore,organizational cultural identity should take effective measures from four dimensions to improve the organizational cultural identity of employees,and take it as the cornerstone to improve the performance of tasks and relationships.(2)Research has shown that the characteristics of "multiple concurrency" and "similar approaches" can effectively improve employee performance/relationship performance.Specifically,it can be achieved through the combination of cognitive,emotional,and social aspects,thereby achieving an improvement in employee performance.From a configuration perspective,cognitive and social identity are key factors that affect employee performance.They can not only affect employees’ emotions and behaviors,but also serve as core conditions,effectively promoting the improvement of employee performance.Therefore,cognitive and social recognition play a crucial role in the impact path of employee performance.(3)The corporate culture of G Company,which emphasizes innovation through technology and development through quality,emphasizes the interaction between emotional and behavioral aspects to improve employee performance.In this culture,the combination of cognitive and social aspects can effectively help employees achieve performance improvement. |
