| With the rapid development of vocational education and economy,enterprises and employers have put forward new requirements for numerical control professional talent standards,This has brought some challenges to the teaching and talent training in secondary vocational schools.Currently.Many middle vocational schools start to focus on the training of professional competence,methodology and social competence,but,there is still a lack of professional quality such as curiosity,concentration,creativity,self-confidence and craftsman spirit.In order to meet the developing tendency,the secondary vocational schools should set up a new level and standard,and focus on developing the students’ comprehensive professional ability.,in turn to meet the social development and enterprises and employers for numerical control professional talent demand standards,enhance students’ future career competitiveness.CNC Lathe Programming and Operation,as the main course of CNC major in secondary vocational schools,plays a pivotal role.Its course content covers programming knowledge and practical operation knowledge.Research on the teaching of this course,reasonable optimization and improvement of teaching can solve the problems existing in the current teaching,realize the common improvement of students’ vocational ability and professional quality,so as to promote the development of students’ comprehensive vocational ability and help students develop in an all-round way.In order to reasonably construct the current teaching mode of NC Lathe Programming and Operation in secondary vocational schools,this paper mainly uses literature review method,questionnaire survey method,interview method and observation method to carry out research,and takes "Competency-based","Humanistic" and "Constructivism" as the theoretical support.In the research level,the first step is to investigate the requirements of enterprises for CNC talents under the new situation;Then,the teaching status of CNC lathe programming and Operation in secondary vocational schools and the training status of CNC talents in secondary vocational schools are investigated to explore the existing problems in teaching,and the existing problems are analyzed by attribution;Finally,according to the employment requirements of social development and enterprises for CNC talents,combined with the curriculum standards and content of CNC lathe programming and operation in secondary vocational schools,this paper puts forward the teaching concept oriented to comprehensive vocational ability cultivation,so as to connect students’ vocational ability and professional quality,and achieve the cultivation of students’ comprehensive vocational ability.At the conception and design level,it is to explore the teaching implementation principles and strategies for the cultivation of comprehensive vocational ability.In order to improve the comprehensive vocational ability of students,the teaching strategy of "student-oriented,cultivating and improving as the goal,and transforming as the means" is proposed.Through the transformation of teaching content,teaching methods,teaching activities and teaching evaluation,students’ classroom subjectivity is brought into play,students’ curiosity of learning is aroused,and students are guided to have a focused and full attitude.Take the initiative to participate in classroom activities to help achieve the cultivation and improvement of students’ comprehensive vocational ability.At the practical level,a typical working case is used to conduct teaching practice,and the effect of teaching implementation is analyzed in the form of observation and interview.The teaching design and implementation for comprehensive vocational ability training are reflected through the two dimensions of classroom behavior and student comprehensive vocational ability..Finally,it is concluded that this teaching practice effectively improves students’ interest and participation in this course,and also helps students to improve their professional ability and professional quality.It meets the needs of the society and enterprises for numerically controlled talents under the new situation,and helps the all-round development of students.Therefore,the direction of the teaching practice is correct and the effect is relatively obvious.Through the updating and application of teaching,students’ comprehensive professional ability has been improved to a certain extent.In practical teaching,it is not easy to grasp the specific requirements of enterprises and employers for CNC professionals.Through enterprise research,the author takes the employment requirements of enterprises as the training direction,takes problem solving as the research starting point,and extracts and integrates the corresponding elements,and then boils it down to two aspects: explicit professional ability and professional quality.Therefore,the author puts forward the teaching concept oriented to the cultivation of comprehensive vocational ability,aiming at cultivating students into a specialized and versatile talents who meet the requirements of social and enterprise development,and can adapt to the transformation and development of future jobs,and help students to improve their professional competitiveness and adaptability,which is also the innovation
