| In the 21 st century,with the acceleration of people’s pace of life,"fast" culture has gradually been reflected in all aspects of life,and the development of the fast food industry has greatly increased the demand for disposable tableware.At present,most disposable tableware is made of plastic,such as polyethylene and polypropylene.Although these products are convenient and low in cost,they are non-degradable and and can cause serious "white pollution",so more and more people are studying alternatives to plastic products.In this study,plant fiber is used to prepare disposable tableware,plant fiber is a kind of degradable natural polymer material,which is inexhaustible.After use,it can degrade itself in the natural environment without pollution and harmful substances.In this study,wheat straw powder is used as the main raw material,and green additives such as bone glue and xanthan gum and sand willow are added to prepare lunch box.Firstly,according to the Box-Behnken design method,the process parameter test table is designed as the test factor,the maximum load and water absorption rate are used as the response output to establish the response surface model.The optimal process parameters satisfying the response output are obtained by variance analysis and response surface optimization.The optimal process parameters satisfying the maximum load were as follows: hot heatting temperature 179.5 ℃,forming time 10.8 min and applied pressure 9.9 MPa.Secondly,with the purpose of improving the mechanical properties of tableware,the effects of adding different contents of bone glue,xanthan gum and sand willow to prepare lunch box based on wheat straw on the maximum load,density and load performance are explored,and the optimal raw material ratio scheme satisfying the mechanical properties is obtained through comprehensive analysis.The maximum load of25 g wheat straw and 32.5 % sand willow pressed lunch box reached 59.35 N.Finally,in order to further improve the performance of the lunch box,t we should do an experimental study on the water resistance of the lunch box.In the best forming process parameters using the best ratio of raw materials pressed into the lunch box,the water absorption rate and contact angle are suppressed as the evaluation index of water repellency.Study the waterproof properties of edible wax and aura resin lunch box,and determine the best amount of waterproofing agent.The use of shellac resin as a waterproof agent has the best effect,with a diameter of 8 cm circular sample as the standard,the water drop on the surface of the lunch box development time is 20~35 min,the amount of shellac resin is 1.0~1.5 g.In this study,the research and analysis of raw material scheme,process parameter conditions,mechanical properties and waterproofness,a relatively complete set of methods for preparing degradable straw disposable tableware is proposed.The response surface method can not only directly reflect the relationship between test factor and response output,but also predict the response output.Compared with adding green additives,adding a certain proportion of Salix psammophila to the straw to prepare a lunch box can significantly improve the maximum load and load-bearing performance of the lunch box.Compared with the application of edible wax,the surface of the lunch box coated with lac resin can greatly improve the water resistance of the lunch box.This study has certain reference significance for the future study of other materials or process methods to prepare straw tableware,and has reference significance for the preparation of other products with straw materials as raw materials. |
