In recent years,China has attached great importance to the protection and utilization of intangible cultural heritage,promoted the transformation of intangible cultural heritage resources to help targeted poverty alleviation,adopted productive protection methods to promote the inheritance of intangible cultural heritage,and promoted local residents to find employment nearby and at home,increase economic income,and play a role in poverty alleviation and poverty alleviation.Pingdu grass weaving is deeply rooted in the vast rural areas of Pingdu,closely linked with the life and production of farmers,and expresses the emotions and aspirations of the broad masses of the people.The straw craftsmen are all native people,from the field to the bed,talking about the shortness of their parents,"all my life dealing with grass braids,all my life living on grass weaving".Pingdu grass weaving itself has the characteristics of commercialization and is one of the pillar industries with a deep industrial foundation in Pingdu,so it is most suitable for development and utilization in the form of productive protection.At the same time,the poverty alleviation strategy in 2020 has achieved a comprehensive victory,and the poverty alleviation cause has entered the direction of "poverty alleviation and wisdom support" to solve the problem of relative poverty governance and prevent poor people from returning to poverty.However,in the face of the impact of the social market environment and modern science and technology,the efficiency and effect of the productive protection of Pingdu grass weaving are not ideal,let alone achieve the role of poverty alleviation and poverty alleviation.Based on this,this paper takes the productive protection of Pingdu grass weaving in the post-poverty alleviation era as the research object,and analyzes the historical evolution,process characteristics and contemporary value,current situation and main modes of productive grass weaving in the post-poverty alleviation era through field research and interviews,and puts forward targeted solutions,in order to enrich the relevant research results of Pingdu grass weaving and promote the improvement of the productive protection efficiency of Pingdu grass weaving.Promote the benign interactive development of the productive protection of traditional skills and poverty alleviation of intangible cultural heritage,and provide a certain modest force.This paper mainly discusses the construction of Pingdu grass weaving production protection model and the path analysis of poverty alleviation in the post-poverty era,starting from the theories of productive protection and intangible cultural heritage poverty alleviation,using the theoretical knowledge of communication,marketing and art,starting from the theories of productive protection and intangible cultural heritage poverty alleviation,so as to provide some new ideas and insights for the protection and inheritance of intangible cultural heritage in Pingdu,Shandong.It is mainly divided into five parts: first,it sorts out the concepts and theories related to productive protection and intangible cultural heritage poverty alleviation,and determines the research direction and route.Second,on the basis of extensive field investigations,interviews and literature combing,the historical changes,craft characteristics and value connotations of Pingdu grass weaving were summarized,and the cultural heritage of intangible cultural heritage of straw weaving was discussed.Third,further analyze the current situation and main modes of Pingdu grass weaving productive protection,clarify the basic characteristics of inheritance,dissemination and industrial development in the process of Pingdu grass weaving productive protection in the post-poverty alleviation era,and the current formation of the Pingdu grass weaving production protection model represented by the "intangible cultural heritage employment workshop" with the government at the helm,enterprises as the mainstay,inheritors participating and multi-party assistance.Fourth,in-depth analysis and summary of the problems existing in the productive protection of Pingdu grass weaving in the post-poverty alleviation era,which are mainly manifested in the lack of cultural connotation,insufficient innovation vitality,low-level mechanized production,poor product positioning,serious inheritance and generational interruption,slow core brand construction,imbalance of layout structure,low efficiency of productive protection,deviation of policy strength and difficulty in maintaining long-term effectiveness.Fifth,finally,it is proposed to deeply explore cultural connotations,tell the story of grass weaving Jiaodong farming culture,improve grass weaving skills and technology,empower innovation with science and technology,integrate resources to strengthen inheritance and dissemination,strengthen core brand construction for the market,transform the operation mechanism,bring together government,industry,and people,academia and art to participate in the cause of productive protection and poverty alleviation,and build a reciprocal mechanism of productive protection and poverty alleviation for poverty alleviation and assistance,industrial value-added,interest coordination,and theme incentives.It is hoped that the productive protection of Pingdu grass weaving and the establishment of a long-term poverty alleviation mechanism will be promoted,and the effective connection between consolidating the achievements of poverty alleviation and the rural revitalization strategy will be promoted,and provide certain practical significance for the inheritance,protection and rational utilization of Pingdu grass weaving.
