| Hydraulic transmission has been widely applied in industrial technology,and the performance parameters of hydraulic components have a significant impact on the operation of hydraulic systems.Studying the performance indicators of hydraulic components helps to improve product quality and overall industrial technology level.As one of the key components in the rolling mill thickness control system,the HAGC cylinder plays a crucial role in product quality.Therefore,detecting the performance parameters of HAGC cylinders is of great significance for enterprises such as steel rolling,aluminum rolling,and copper rolling.This research,based on AGC cylinder hydraulic testing technology,control theory,sensors,and software programming,references numerous conventional hydraulic systems,analyzes the performance testing characteristics of HAGC cylinders,and designs and develops the HAGC cylinder performance testing system.Specific work includes:(1)Referring to the national standard GB/T 32216-2015,this study proposes a startup friction force testing method based on bypass throttling principle and a load-carrying friction force testing method based on rack elastic deformation and proportional overflow valve loading for the dynamic friction force,step response,and frequency response key indicators testing,making AGC hydraulic cylinder performance indicators more reasonable and credible.(2)Combining AGC hydraulic cylinder products,this study establishes mathematical models and develops simulation models in the AMESim environment for analysis,verifying the stability,speed,and accuracy of the experiment.(3)Referring to the national standard GB/T 32216-2015,a modular verification software is developed on the VC++ platform,simplifying operation processes and improving reliability.This system provides an effective tool for HAGC cylinder performance evaluation.(4)The developed HAGC cylinder intelligent verification system is used to analyze and compare the experimental results of the ?700/600-205 HAGC cylinder from Shaoguan Hydraulic Parts Factory.Through the above research process,it is verified that the intelligent testing and verification system meets the actual engineering requirements.Currently,the system has been successfully applied in Shaoguan Metrology Institute. |
