Research On The Influencing Factors Of Manufacturing Industry Transformation And Upgrading In Liaoning Province Under The Background Of "Dual Carbon"

Manufacturing industry is the core of industrial development.The development of China economy can not be separated from the rise of manufacturing industry.The core of industrial transformation and upgrading is the transformation and upgrading of manufacturing industry.The transformation and upgrading of manufacturing industry is the transformation from extensive to intensive.The publication of the Made in China 2025 has not only injected new impetus into the development of Chinese manufacturing industry,but also set out a new road for the transformation and upgrading of Chinese manufacturing industry.In recent years,with the environmental problems becoming more and more serious,low-carbon transformation of manufacturing industry has become an important link of our country,high-quality economic development and ecological civilization construction.Coping with climate change is not only the biggest challenge to realize socialist modernization,but also the biggest opportunity to promote low-carbon transformation of our manufacturing industry.China is playing a pivotal role in achieving the goal of Peak carbon and carbon neutrality,while Liaoning province,as a major manufacturing province,has encountered Bottleneck in its manufacturing development in recent years,it is urgent for Liaoning province to regain the core competitiveness of manufacturing industry and carry out industrial structure adjustment.By collating the research results at home and abroad and using provincial panel data,the development status of manufacturing industry and carbon emission in Liaoning Province were analyzed.With the background of "double carbon" and the industrial structure adjustment of Liaoning Province as the entry point,a comprehensive evaluation index system of industrial structure adjustment of Liaoning Province is constructed from four dimensions of economy,low carbon technology,resources and environment,and entropy weight method is adopted to evaluate the transformation and upgrading level of manufacturing industry in Liaoning Province.On this basis,with "double carbon" as the background,the main influencing factors of the transformation and upgrading of manufacturing industry in Liaoning Province were studied,and the Ridge regression model was established to verify the main influencing factors.The research shows that the government’s low-carbon environmental protection behavior,green technology innovation ability,financial industry development,environmental protection awareness and other factors have played a positive role in the development of manufacturing industry in Liaoning Province,but among these factors,the development of producer services,energy structure,the implementation of carbon tax policy did not play a positive role.On this basis,against the background of "dual carbon",the countermeasures for the transformation and upgrading of manufacturing industry in Liaoning Province are put forward as follows: Countermeasures are proposed in five aspects: optimizing government regulations,promoting green and low-carbon transformation,cultivating green and low-carbon subjective consciousness,leading low-carbon lifestyle,innovating green and low-carbon technology,accelerating technology iteration,financial support,low-carbon development road,and adjusting energy structure,so as to promote the transformation and upgrading of manufacturing industry in Liaoning Province and achieve sustainable and high-quality development.
