Local ventilator is a kind of ventilation equipment used in underground tunneling face.According to the current practical application effect,the serious energy waste of local ventilator needs to be improved.In order to improve the energy saving of the local fan and solve the problem that the local fan does not match the characteristics of the pipe network under different driving conditions,this paper uses fluid simulation software to simulate the model,and uses the test to verify the correctness of the simulation,and obtains the matching speed of the two-stage impeller of the local fan under different driving conditions.A set of fuzzy PID control algorithm is studied,and it is proved that the control effect of fuzzy PID control algorithm is due to the traditional PID control algorithm.Finally,the intelligent speed control system of the local fan is designed to adjust the speed of the two-stage impeller under different driving conditions of the local fan,so that the local fan can run with high efficiency and energy saving.The main contents of this paper are as follows:(1)Select the pressure ventilation mode according to the actual working conditions of the local underground ventilation system.In order to save energy as much as possible under the premise of safe operation of local fan,frequency conversion speed regulation is selected.According to the relevant ventilation requirements of Coal Mine Safety Regulations,the minimum air volume required for roadway tunneling and the resistance of ventilation pipe network under different roadway tunneling depths are calculated to provide reference values for subsequent chapters.(2)The Fluent module in ANSYS was used to simulate the ventilation process of the local fan,and the corresponding parameter data of the local fan were obtained,and the correctness of the simulation was verified through experiments.Through the study of the characteristics of the local fan under different driving conditions,the matching speed of the two-stage impeller under different working conditions of the local fan is analyzed,which provides a reference value for the subsequent research.(3)Firstly,the traditional PID algorithm principle and fuzzy control algorithm principle are introduced respectively,and then the fuzzy PID controller of local fan is designed according to the fuzzy PID control algorithm principle.In order to verify that the control effect of fuzzy PID control algorithm is better than that of traditional PID control algorithm,MATLAB Simulink module is used to simulate the control system using two different algorithms.The results show that the control effect of fuzzy PID control algorithm is better.(4)Design the intelligent speed control system of local fan.Firstly,I design the overall scheme of the intelligent speed control system of local fan,select the hardware of the system,and design the software of the intelligent speed control system,which includes programming and the development of the upper computer platform of the system using VISUSAL STDIO2017.Finally,the purpose of intelligent speed regulation can be realized by the staff according to the operation condition of the local fan.The local fan speed matching and intelligent speed regulating system under different working conditions in this topic have a positive impact on the efficient and energy-saving optimization of ventilation in other mines,and also put forward higher requirements for coal mine safety production.Figure [39] table [24] parameter [84]...
