As the tunnel excavation equipment,due to the relatively closed working environment and the complex and changeable surrounding rock environment,it is difficult for the workers at the working face to comprehensively control the operation of the roadheader during the tunneling operation.Because the digital twin technology has the characteristics of high fidelity,it is widely used in the construction of intelligent mines.The mapping of real-time physical data in the virtual space can be established to achieve cross space For cross regional equipment operation monitoring,this paper applies the digital twin technology to the action operation monitoring of the cantilever roadheader,which can effectively solve the problem of incomplete and unsafe monitoring of the equipment layer,and provide technical support for the new mode of smart mines in the future.Aiming at the above situation,the virtual reality interaction system of cantilever roadheader based on digital twin is designed and developed,and the related technologies and contents are introduced in the following aspects:First of all,based on the research of digital twin technology,taking the five dimensional framework of digital twin as the basic structure of this paper,this paper is divided into five parts: "physical entity","virtual model of roadheader","data connection","data drive",and "terminal display system".Secondly,in view of the establishment of the virtual model of the EBZ200 Z cantilever roadheader,the physical entity is used as the modeling object for reverse modeling,and the modeling,simplification and rendering of the virtual model are completed jointly with Solidworks,3D Max and NX.During the modeling process,the modeling is conducted according to the engineering drawing and mapping of the cantilever roadheader,and the parts are analyzed one by one and modeled through Solidworks,The physical attributes are added through UG MCD to realize the establishment of virtual model.Then,from the virtual model,data acquisition,data connection,data mapping,and electric control network optimization direction of the roadheader,the information transmission framework is established.Corresponding to the data that the roadheader needs to map,the data is transferred through the OPC server to establish a virtual and real interactive architecture driven by real data.At the same time,the three-dimensional visual cross platform monitoring is finally realized on the basis of simulation,semi physical simulation,and wired connection experiments.Finally,for the terminal display system,on the basis of the completed remote monitoring,the roadheader operation monitoring data will be monitored centrally to make the monitoring terminal more comprehensive.Figure [85] Table [13] Reference [81]...
