Since the 20 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China,China’s economy and society have entered a new stage of high-quality development.As an important part of China’s economic development,state-owned enterprises have played a core role in promoting economic development.However,a large number of state-owned enterprises focus on their main business,focus on the improvement of profits,and lack of scientific management of human resources,resulting in the loss of a large number of grassroots personnel,affecting the normal production and operation of enterprises,and producing certain economic losses.Energy companies,as state-owned enterprises with a large number of grassroots employees,are particularly sensitive to these issues.Therefore,it is necessary to analyze and study the influencing factors and countermeasures of the loss of grassroots employees in state-owned enterprises.This paper fully analyzes the research status and literature of grassroots employee turnover in state-owned enterprises at home and abroad,clarifies and defines the relevant concepts and basic theories,and takes ZSH company,the representative of state-owned enterprises in the domestic energy industry,as an example,analyzes the employee composition of ZSH company and the current situation of grassroots employee turnover in the past five years,and analyzes the impact of grassroots employee turnover on enterprises based on relevant interview data,and then analyzes the causes of ZSH company’s on-the-job grassroots employee turnover by using the questionnaire survey method.On this basis,countermeasures and suggestions to reduce the turnover of grassroots employees are proposed.The research in this paper shows that the current turnover rate of grassroots employees in ZSH company has accelerated,which has a great negative impact on the normal operation and development of the enterprise.Inefficient performance appraisal,lower remuneration,limited number of promotion channels and greater work pressure are the main causes of the turnover of grassroots employees.Therefore,this paper puts forward four targeted countermeasures and suggestions to optimize salary and benefits,improve performance appraisal,broaden promotion paths,and improve cultural construction,so as to reduce the turnover of grassroots employees and ensure the stable and healthy development of the company.
