Objective Studies Con-saponin of Dioscoreae Nipponicae(CDN)moved to an extension of the suppression of chronic asthma and bronchial airway wall smooth muscle proliferation, inhibition of alveolar lavage fluid, affecting the expression of interleukin-17A(IL-17A)in lung tissue.Method A total of 70 Clean-level BALB/c mice were randomly divided into normal control group, model control group,high-dose CDN group,medium-dose CDN group,low-dose CDN group, positive control group(prednisone group),and CDN+prednisone group. The seven groups except normal group were induced as asthmatic modeling allergies mice with ovalbumin(OVA).During day 18-55,the normal control group and model control group were treated with saline by intragastric administration.Meanwhile, the treatment groups, the high,medium,low-dose group, were treated daily with 80 mg/kg,40 mg/kg1,20 mg/kg of CDN,respectively. The positive control group was given 10mg/kg of prednisone suspension. The CDN+prednisone group was given 40mg/kg of CDN and 5mg/kg prednisone.HE staining end of the experiment asthma pathological changes in the lung tissue of mice, determination of the airway wall area and airway smooth muscle area,ELISA assay lavage fluid and lung tissue interleukin-17A levels.Result CDN improving airway wall thickening asthma and bronchial smooth muscle, inhibited the expressions of IL-17A in the alveolar lavage fluid and lung tissue homogenates of chronic asthmatic mice moved to an extension.Compared to the normal control group, airway smooth muscle, airway wall thickening in the model control group(P<0.01),the expression levels of IL-17A in the alveolar lavage fluid and lung tissue homogenates of the mice in the model control group were significantly higher(P<0.01);The treatment groups(high,medium,low-dose group)showed airway smooth muscle, airway wall thickening remission the model control group(P<0.01),lower levels of both IL-17A(P<0.01)compared to the model group;Whitin the treatment groups,in the high-dose group than in the low-dose group on airway smooth muscle, airway wall thickening notably improved(P<0.05),the medium-dose treatment had a more significant effect on IL-17A expression(P<0.01);Finally,the CDN+prednisone treatment resulted in a stronger effect on lowering IL-17A expression(P<0.01)compared to the positive control group. Conclusion CDN can inhibit the proliferation of chronic asthmatic mice moved to an extension and bronchial airway smooth muscle, inhibition of alveolar lavage fluid, the expression of interleukin-17A lung tissue, thereby controlling the occurrence of asthma development.
