| Objective:In this study,we measured the expression levels of soluble B7-H2(s B7-H2)and interleukin-6(IL-6)in serum of patients with acute exacerbation of bronchial asthma and healthy subjects, and the analysis of B7-H2,IL-6 and exhaled nitric oxide(Fe NO),blood eosinophil(EOS)correlation. To evaluate the clinical value of the diagnosis of asthma, the severity of acute exacerbation and the assessment of airway inflammation. Methods:Collected from January 2015-January 2016,Department of Respirato-ry Medicine inpatient and outpatient bronchial asthma in patients with acute exacerbation of 60 cases of asthma group, including mild group of 15 cases, moderate to severe group of 45 cases, while collecting physical examination center health examination subjects 20 For example, the control group. The levels of serum s B7-H2 and IL-6 were detected by ELISA,and the clinical indexes of EOS and Fe NO in asthmatic group were collected. The expression of s B7-H2 and IL-6 in acute exacerbation of asthma was analyzed. The data were analyzed by SPSS21.0statistical software,α=0.05 was the test level,P<0.05 was statistically significant.Results:1.The levels of s B7-H2 and IL-6 in the asthma group were significantly higher than the control group(P<0.01,P<0.01),the levels of s B7-H2 and IL-6 in the moderate and severe group were significantly higher than mild group(P<0.01,P<0.01),the difference were statistically significant.2.The levels of serum s B7-H2 in asthmatic group were positively correlated with EOS(r=0.337,P<0.05)and Fe NO(r=0.651,P<0.01).The level of serum IL-6 in asthmatic group were positively correlated with EOS(r=0.286,P<0.05)and Fe NO(r=0.764,P<0.01).Conclusion:1.The levels of s B7-H2 and IL-6 in asthmatic group were higher than those in control group, and the levels of s B7-H2 and IL-6 in the moderate and severe group were higher than mild group.Indicating that the determination of the two asthma diagnosis and severity assessment of the disease has value.2.The s B7-H2 and IL-6 were positively correlated with EOS and Fe NO,which indicated that both of them could be used as indicators of asthma airway inflammation. |
