Data-mining Of Medical Records Which Belong To The Famous TCM Practitioners In Modern Times For Infertility

Objective Infertility is a disease that seriously endangers family life and national development.Chinese medicine treatment of infertility has a long history.It has unique insights and treatment methods.We need to gather up the cases of modern Chinese medicine practitioners in treating infertility and carry out the data mining and statistics of it in order to explore the rules and methods of TCM treatment of infertility and provide the references for the clinical treatment of the disease.Methods Filtered the typical medical cases that belong to the modern well-known practitioners of traditional Chinese medicine on treatment in infertility.Regulated the names of traditional Chinese Medicine recorded by the general informations and prescriptions in accordance with certain standards.Then entered proceeded informations to the Excel database.The frequency,clustering and association rules of the database were statistically excavated by using SPSS 19.0 software.The results were compared with the traditional Chinese medicine theory for the treatment of infertility.Finally we summarized the experiences of diagnosis and the treatment.Results This text include 21 TCM doctors such as Qian Boxuan,Liu Fengwu,Luo yuankai,Ha Litian,Ban Xiuwen,213 medical case,a total of 671 per visit,322 herb,cumulative frequency of use of traditional Chinese medicine 8,833 times.Results are as follows:1.The high frequency of traditional Chinese medicine are:Angelica,White Peony root,Poria,Cyperus,Dipsacus,Radix paeoniae Rubra,Cuscuta chinensis,rhizoma atractylodis macrocephalae,rhizoma chuanxiong,Radix rehmanniae Preparata and so on;top five high frequency drug use categories were:tonic medicines activating blood circulation and removing blood stasis drugs,regulating drug,antipyretic,diuresis dampness and so on;high frequency four properties drugs are:warm,cold,flat,hot and cold;high frequency five tastes medication are:sweet,bitter,pungent,acid,salty,fresh,astringent;high frequency zangfu Meridian medicine is:liver,spleen,kidney,heart,lungs,etc;high Meridian Meridian medicine is:liver,spleen,heart,kidney and lung.2.In the top 50 high-frequency traditional Chinese Medicine formed meaningful combinations of 11 clusters likes yams,dogwood;TPG,wulingzhi and other more.3.Select the maximum number of preceding paragraph 5,minimum support to 20%,lowest confidence level is 60%,that Angelica,bupleurum;Angelica sinensis,ligusticum chuanxiong,Radix paeoniae Alba,5 each of the combination of clinical significance.Conclusion This research through using frequency analysis,and poly class analysis and associated rules analysis,statistics way on modern name TCM treatment woman infertility of 213 is medical case for has data mining,on woman infertility treatment medication for exploration more angle and more level,mining out has hidden which of experience law,which part theory and textbook in the of infertility theory consistency,also confirmed has existing related theory of correctness and this research subject of reliability,and that will provides reference for clinical application.
