Exploring The Pattern Of Traditional Chinese Medicine Treatment And The Law Of Acupuncture And Herbal For Tubal Factor Infertility Based On Data Mining

Objective:Based on data mining technology,the Traditional Chinese medicine inheritance computer system was applied to analyze the TCM evidence and the pattern of acupuncture and medicine in the literature about the treatment of tubal factor infertility,including internal prescriptions,enema prescriptions,acupuncture acupoints.Methods:The Chinese literature database was searched for the last five years of Chinese herbal oral treatment and enema treatment,and the last 20 years of acupuncture treatment in the clinical research category,and after strict inclusion and exclusion criteria screening,relevant formula drug and acupoint information was extracted and entered into an Excel template one by one to establish the corresponding database.The Traditional Chinese medicine inheritance computer system yields herbal frequency,herbal properties,association rules,clustering core compound,acupoint frequency,and acupoint rules.Results:The initial number of literature was 466,and after screening 63 prescriptions for evidence-based prescriptions;47 prescriptions for enema prescriptions;and 30 prescriptions for acupuncture points.1.Among the types of evidence appearing,Qi stagnation and blood stasis evidence was the most frequent,followed by damp-heat stasis evidence,and the rest were kidney deficiency and blood stasis evidence and cold clotting and blood stasis evidence.Among the 63 prescriptions,131 herbal medicines were involved,of which the top 10 herbal medicines were red peony,angelica,licorice,Chuanxiong,Lulutong,peach kernel,danshen,tannin,safflower,and rhizome cyperi.The medicinal properties are mostly warm,cold,and flat;the flavors are mostly bitter,sweet,and pungent;they mostly belong to the liver meridian,spleen meridian,and heart meridian;and the effects are mostly of invigorating blood circulation,resolving blood stasis,tonifying deficiency,and clearing heat.Although different types of evidence have been added and subtracted according to the evidence,the core basic formula-Gexia Zhuyu decoction,the core medicine pair-rhizoma sparganil-curcuma zedoary,and the essential medicine to pass the tube-Lulutong were obtained from the association rule and cluster analysis.2.Among the enema formulas,patrinia is used most frequently,followed by red peony,curcuma zedoary,rhizoma sparganil,and sargentgloryvine stem,etc.The medicinal properties are mostly cold,warm,and flat,and the medicinal flavors are mostly bitter,pungent,and sweet,and they mostly belong to the liver meridian,spleen meridian,and heart meridian,with effects of invigorating blood circulation and removing blood stasis and clearing heat.In addition to rhizoma sparganil-curcuma zedoary,the combination of patrinia and sargentgloryvine stem is also used.3.From the statistics of all acupoints,it can be concluded that the most commonly used acupoints are San Yin Jiao,Qi Hai,Guan Yuan,Zhong Ji,and Zi Gong points.Conclusion:1.TFI patients with TCM evidence of qi stagnation and blood stasis is the most common,followed by damp-heat stasis evidence,the rest of the occasional kidney deficiency blood stasis evidence,cold blood stasis evidence,etc.,regardless of the type of treatment principles to treat "blood stasis" as the root,the highest frequency of blood activation and stasis medicine,with more heat and tonic deficiency class,the frequency of internal medication to the first red peony,qi stagnation is combined with Chuanxiong,rhizome cyperi,spina gleditsiae,etc.,damp-heat is combined with coix seeds,patrinia,dandelion,etc.The frequency of enema herbal is led by patrinia,except for the blood activation and stasis removal herbal are mostly used to clear heat,and deficiency tonics and other herbals are used less.2.Internal prescriptions in the statistics of the core herbals for the core composition of Gexia Zhuyu decoction,so in the clinical treatment of TFI,more Gexia Zhuyu decoction as the basis for the idea of the formula;whether taken internally or enema,more rhizoma sparganil-curcuma zedoary medicinal pair,break Qi,blood circulation,resolve stasis and eliminate symptoms;In addition,the internal formula is mostly used in Lulutong,the veins are open then the fallopian tubes are open.The enema formula mostly uses the combination of patrinia and sargentgloryvine stem,which is good at clearing heat and cooling the blood,removing dampness and draining pus.3.The core acupuncture points for TFI are San Yin Jiao,Qi Hai,Guan Yuan,Zhong Ji,and Zi Gong points,which promote the regulation of the Chong Ren and the uterus,activate blood circulation,resolve blood stasis,and promote pregnancy.
