Clinical Observation Of Self-made Qingfei Huatan Decoction In The Treatment Of Mycoplasma Pneumoniae Pneumonia In Children

Objective:The self-made Qingfei Huatan Decoction combined with western medicine was used to treat children’s Mycoplasma pneumonia,and clinical observation was carried out.The clinical efficacy and safety of Qingfei Huatan Decoction were comprehensively evaluated compared with western medicine alone.Methods:A randomized controlled study was conducted among 100 children hospitalized in the Department of Pediatrics,First Affiliated Hospital of Anhui University of Traditional Chinese Medicine.They were randomly divided into control group and treatment group with 50 cases in each group.The control group was given Azithromycin Sequential treatment,while the treatment group was given self-made Qingfei Huatan Decoction oral treatment on the basis of the control group.During the observation period,the main symptoms(temperature,respiratory rate,cough,phlegm obstruction,lung auscultation,chest X-ray manifestations),secondary symptoms(mental state,sleep,diet,stool,facial color,tongue image,sweating)of the two groups were calculated and counted,and the therapeutic evaluation indicators were scored to evaluate the clinical efficacy of self-made Qingfei Huatan Decoction.Results:1.Before treatment,the data of sex,age,and weight in the control group and the treatment group were statistically analyzed.The results of data analysis showed that there was no statistical difference between the two groups.The scores of main and secondary syndromes and total syndromes in the control group were compared with those in the treatment group.The results showed that there was no statistical difference between the two groups.2.After treatment,the scores of TCM syndromes of the two groups were compared within the group.The results showed that the difference was significant,suggesting that the symptoms and signs of the two groups were improved after treatment.There were significant differences in cough,lung auscultation,mental state,sleep,diet,tongue image,facial color and sweating score and total score of TCM syndromes between the two groups.The treatment group was lower than the control group.The duration of fever,cough and abnormal pulmonary auscultation in the treatment group was significantly shorter than that in the control group.The total effective rate of the treatment group was significantly higher than that of the control group.By collecting and statistic data of safety indicators and clinical observation,no adverse reactions occurred in both groups during the treatment period,suggesting that the treatment scheme adopted in this study is safe and feasible.Conclusion: The self-made Qingfei Huatan Decoction combined with western medicine can improve symptoms and signs of cough,fever and phlegm obstruction in children with Mycoplasma pneumoniae pneumonia more quickly and safely.
