Objective:To investigate the therapeutic effect and prognostic factors of sudden deafness with cerebral infarction, and to provide guidance for the clinical treatment of sudden deafness with cerebral infarction. Methods:This study collected on September 1,2018 to September 1,2019 in yanbian university hospital otolaryngology head and neck surgery hospitalized patients with cerebral infarction of sudden deafness with 52 cases with the same period in the hospital randomly without cerebral infarction of 78 cases of patients with sudden deafness were analyzed, the cases were selected and conforms to the diagnosis and treatment of sudden deafness treatment guidelines(2015).Records of patients after admission(before treatment)laboratory indicators, including the detection of total number of white blood cells, red blood cells,platelets,neutrophils/total lymphocyte ratio,platelet/lymphocyte ratio and the patient’s clinical information, including patient age, sex, period, with the ears, past medical history(including high blood pressure, diabetes, etc.),patient listening type at the same time, and whether or not accompanied by ear MenZhang feeling, dizziness, tinnitus and curative effect to compare and contrast.Results:1.Comparison of general data:age, onset time,WBC,Fg and NLR of the sudden deafness group with cerebral infarction were significantly higher than those without cerebral infarction(P<0.05),while PLT was significantly lower than those without cerebral infarction(P<0.05).2.Univariate Logistic regression results showed that age, onset time,WBC,Fg and NLR were the risk factors of sudden deafness with cerebral infarction, and PLT was the protective factor of sudden deafness with cerebral infarction(P<0.05).Further multivariate Logistic regression results showed that age,Fg,AND NLR were risk factors for sudden deafness associated with cerebral infarction(P<0.05).3.The recovery rate and significant efficiency of the sudden deafness group without cerebral infarction were significantly better than that of the sudden deafness group with cerebral infarction(P<0.05).4.Within the group of sudden deafness with cerebral infarction each index of the effective and ineffective group comparison results:invalid group of age, time, ratio of dizziness and Fg were higher than in effective group(P<0.05),invalid group of low frequency drop and flat drop ratio significantly below the effective group, total deafness type ratio is significantly higher than the effective group(P<0.05).5.With no cerebral infarction group as a reference, the sudden deafness with cerebral infarction of sudden deafness group of each index, single factor Logistic regression analysis showed that age, period, with OR without vertigo,Fg,listening parting is a risk factor for cerebral infarction in patients with sudden deafness treatment is invalid(OR>1,P<0.05),the analysis of the multi-factor Logistic regression results showed that age and fibrinogen are risk factors associated with cerebral infarction treatment curative effect of sudden deafness(OR>1,P<0.05).Conclusion:1.The curative effect of sudden deafness with cerebral infarction is worse than that of sudden deafness without cerebral infarction.2.Age and Fg level are important risk factors for the efficacy of sudden deafness patients with cerebral infarction The older the age and the higher Fg,the worse the therapeutic effect of sudden deafness patients with cerebral infarction...
