Research On Influencing Factors Of User Satisfaction With Health Information Search In APP Interactive Environment

With the development of information technology,the popularization of mobile devices has brought opportunities for the booming development of APP applications,and mobile search has gradually become an important way to obtain information.In recent years,people’s attention to health and medical treatment has continued to increase,making health information search a very common information search behavior.It has become increasingly common for users to use mobile devices to search for health information.However,users’ evaluations of APP services in mobile health search have not been praised or criticized.One.The goal of this research is to study the model of factors affecting user health information search satisfaction in the APP interactive environment,and to analyze and empirically.This study introduces the theory of communication ecology on the basis of the success model of information system and the acceptance model of information technology,and builds a model of influencing factors of health information search satisfaction in the APP interactive environment:the influencing factors are divided into content,technology,and social levels,combined with health The characteristics of information search,the introduction of health risk perception factors,to comprehensively explore the mechanism of satisfaction when users use APP to search for health information.Furthermore,this study collected sample data in the form of online questionnaire surveys,and then used SPSS22.0 software for descriptive statistical analysis,reliability analysis,and exploratory factor analysis.At the same time,AMOS26.0 software was used for confirmatory factor analysis and analysis.Construct a structural equation model and conduct path analysis and hypothesis testing to demonstrate the influencing factor model of user health information search satisfaction in the APP interactive environment.The research results show that:information quality,service quality,and perceived interactivity have a positive impact on perceived usefulness and the level of significance is extremely high;perceived severity also has a positive impact on perceived usefulness and has a high level of significance;system quality and perceived ease Perceptual has no significant impact on perceived usefulness;perceived usefulness significantly affects user satisfaction.This research can provide a basis for existing health information service providers in the design,improvement and service of APP,so as to deeply understand user information needs,optimize user experience,and enhance user satisfaction and APP market service competitiveness.
