| Objective: through the comprehensive and systematic sorting and analysis of the relevant literature of Mongolian medicine "heat energy" theory,to clarify the name source, concept change, classification and physiological function in human body of Mongolian medicine "heat energy" theory,so as to make the connotation of Mongolian medicine "heat energy" theory deeper and more thorough, which is convenient for understanding and inheritance. To provide a basis for establishing a relatively complete and clear theoretical system of "thermal energy" in Mongolian medicine and its clinical application. Methods: literature research methods: by consulting, exploring, collecting, sorting and summarizing the ancient and modern literature of Mongolian medicine, traditional Chinese medicine and Tibetan medicine,we carried out systematic literature research on the "heat energy" theory of Mongolian medicine, and constructed a reasonable and clear theoretical system of "heat energy" of Mongolian medicine.Induction, summary and reasoning: to improve the theoretical system of "thermal energy" in Mongolian medicine,a category system should be established on the basis of basic concepts. For a long time,Mongolian medicine scholars have paid insufficient attention to the research of Mongolian medicine "heat energy" theory. This paper abstracts the important concepts of "thermal energy" of Mongolian medicine and the relationship between them, combines and arranges them, constructs two logical chains, one vertical and one horizontal, and truthfully shows the latent theoretical system structure of "thermal energy" of Mongolian medicine.Historical research method: the historical research of "thermal energy" theory of Mongolian medicine is to use literature to vertically study the development history of "thermal energy" theory of Mongolian medicine from ancient times to now,and make historical research from top to bottom and from ancient times to now according to the order of literature. On the one hand, clarify its development process and show its historical achievements; On the other hand,we should highlight the academic characteristics of Mongolian medicine "thermal energy" theory in different historical periods, and reflect the differences before and after each era. Results: by collecting Mongolian medicine related books and periodicals, the naming, meaning, classification and physiological function of heat energy were summarized and analyzed. The relevant records are collected according to the chronological order of ancient books and documents. At present, the earliest records that can be collected are recorded as gastric heat energy in the four medical classics. However,Mongolian medicine is influenced by the ancient Tibetan medical theory,so it can also be traced back to the contents recorded in ancient books earlier than the four medical codes. The related contents of heat energy and "digesting Sheila" recorded in later ancient books and documents are mainly based on the records in the four medical codes, and relevant explanations are carried out, with little difference between them.Conclusion:(1).On the naming of thermal energyThe origin of its name should be traced back to Sheila, which can be traced back to ancient Indian medicine. It is also called "fire temperature, stomach fire, digestion three heat energy, digestion three energy, three stomach fire" and so on.(2).meaningThe stomach heat energy of Mongolian medicine mainly refers to the heat energy function of "digesting Sheila",and there are also individual documents recorded as the heat energy function of "crushing badagan","digesting Sheila" and "regulating fire Heyi".(3).classificationMost books divide stomach heat energy into four and seven.(4).Physiological functionStomach heat can digest Sheila, crush Bada dry, adjust fire and keep balance.People will be healthy and long-lived,in good condition and have excellent digestion. Therefore,in daily life,we should pay attention to moderate diet, living and transportation, not eating cold and irritating food, and not suffering from cold,so as to maintain the relative balance of gastric heat energy. |
