Objective:To study the correlation between three types of syndrome differentiation in Mongolian medicine in stable stage of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease(COPD)and lung function and blood gas analysis indexes,and to explore the change rule of COPD pulmonary function and blood gas analysis.Method:A total of 200 patients diagnosed with copd at stable stage were collected from the Respiratory Department of Mongolian Medicine of Affiliated Hospital of Inner Mongolia Minzu University and the Inner Mongolia People’s Hospital.Their general information and the data of "three diagnoses" of Mongolian medicine were collected.Questionnaires were conducted with m MRC score,CATscore and SGRQ score,and the six-minute walking test was observed.According to the "three diagnoses" of Mongolian medicine,patients were divided into Heyi type,Xila type and Badagan type.Without any treatment(including oxygen inhalation etc.),lung function examination and blood gas analysis were performed on the patients and the relevant results were recorded.SPSS26.0 statistical software was used for data analysis.Results:1.A total of 200 patients were included in this study,including 76 cases(38%)of Heyi type,60 cases(30%)of Xila type,and 64 cases(32%)of Badagan type.There was no significant difference in sex ratio comparison among different types.In the age range of 41 to 75,61 to 70 years old age.Most smokers and winter and spring were more common.Body mass index(BMI)from high to low badagan,Xila,Heyi type.Heyi type,Badagan and Heyi compound type were more common in Physical characteristics,accounting for21.5% and 17%.Farmers and herdsmen were more common.The duration of badagan type disease course was significantly higher than that of Heyi type and Xila type.2.Among the three types of lung function indexes,(1)Lung function classification:Heyi type mainly concentrated in class II,III,Xila type mainly concentrated in class I,II and Badagan type mainly concentrated in class III,IV differences between groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).(2)Lung function index: ventilation function FEV1% pred index,pairwise comparison showed significant difference(P< 0.05);FEV1 and FEV1/FVC showed no significant difference.PEF index of atmospheric tract function was a significant difference(P<0.05).MEF75 index showed no significant difference.MEF50 and MEF25 indexes of small airway function were no significant difference(P>0.05).diffusion function of DLCO-SB%Pred index among different types showed statistically significant difference(P <0.05).3.Comparison of the three types of m MRC grading: Patients with Heyi were concentrated in grade 1,grade 2 and grade 3;patients with Xila were concentrated in grade1 and grade 2;patients with Badagan were concentrated in grade 3 and grade 4.Comparison of the influence degree of CAT: The influence degree of Heyi patients was moderate and severe,the influence degree of Xila patients was mild and moderate,and the influence degree of Badagan patients was moderate and severe.Comparison of 6MWT:Patients with partial heyi concentration were mild,moderate and severe;patients with partial Xila concentration were mild and moderate;patients with partial Badagan concentration were moderate,severe and extremely severe.4.In comparison of the three types of blood gas analysis indexes,the PCO2 of patients with Heyi type and Bada type COPD was higher than that of patients with Xila type,and there was no significant difference between Heyi type and Badagan type(P>0.05).PCO2 from high to low was Badagan type,Heyi type and Xila type.PO2 of Badagan type was significantly lower than that of Xila type,and Heyi type was no significant difference between Xila and Badagan types(P>0.05).PO2 from low to high was Badagan type,Heyi,and Xila type.There was no significant difference in Sa O2 index among different types,but the Sa O2 level from low to high was badagan type,Heyi type and Xila type.There was no statistical significance in the frequency of respiratory failure among different types(P>0.05).Conclusion:1.COPD patients with different syndrome differentiation in Mongolian medicine have different degrees of lung function impairment.The lung function classification of Patients with Heyi type mainly concentrated in class II,III,Xila type mainly concentrated in class I,II and Badagan type mainly concentrated in class III,IV.2.In comparison of CAT score,m MRC score and 6MWT distribution of COPD patients in different syndrome differentiation types of Mongolian medicine,the severity of the disease was successively aggravated by Xila type,Heyi type and Badagan Type.3.PO2 value in blood gas analysis of COPD patients with different Mongolian medicine syndrome differentiation decreased,while PCO2 value increase.
