The Zhongyang Thought is one of the important thoughts in the long history of Traditional Chinese medicine and also a part of Wu Jutong’s academic thoughts. This paper discusses the origin and connotation of The Zhongyang theory in TCM,and expounds Wu Jutong’s Zhongyang theory from the aspects of theoretical thought, diagnosis and treatment methods, prescription medicine and common disease treatment,so as to perfect Wu Jutong’s academic thought and enrich the doctors who attach importance to Yang qi thought in TCM,which has guiding reference value for the selection of prescription medicine in clinical syndrome. This study adopts the traditional literature research method and the theoretical research method, firstly discusses the philosophical basis of the Zhongyang thought of Traditional Chinese medicine;Secondly,it discusses the inheritance and development of the Zhongyang theory of Traditional Chinese medicine and its schools. Finally, through the arrangement, induction, analysis and extraction of the relevant theories, articles, medical records and treatise of Wu Jutong’s three books,wu Jutong’s Zhongyang Theory is discussed from the aspects of wu Jutong’s understanding of Yang qi,etiology and pathogenesis, diagnosis and treatment methods, the compatibility of medicinal property and taste, common Chinese medicine and good treatment of diseases. The philosophical basis of the Zhongyang Theory of Traditional Chinese medicine:ancient philosophers believed that "qi" was the most subtle and fluid substance that was the root of everything and the origin of the universe. The concept of Yin and Yang is formed with the emergence of the concept of Yin and Yang. The idea of attaching importance to Yang qi originated from the Book of Changes. After it proposed the idea of "Yang is superior to Yin and inferior to Yin",it had a profound influence on the development of Traditional Chinese medicine. The inheritance and development of Double Ninth Theory by TCM doctors and schools:The Zhongyang thought in TCM was first seen in Neijing, developed in Treatise on Cold Diseases, and gradually enriched and enriched by various generations of doctors such as Sun Simiao,Dou Cai,Li Gao,Zhang Jingyue,Zhao Xianke,Li Zhonzi,Wu Jitong,Yu Jiayan and Zheng Qinan.Wu Jutong’s Zhongyang Theory:Wu Jutong put forward the argument that "Yang is bigger than Yin is smaller" on the understanding of Yang qi,and the idea that "Yin is often surplus while Yang is often insufficient" on pathology. He attached importance to the function of stomach qi,especially stomach Yang, and put forward the viewpoint that the elderly live on Yang qi.Wu Jutong believes that there are five main reasons for abnormal Yang qi.One is that cold, dampness and dryness are the most likely to harm Yang qi,among which cold and dampness are one of the main causes of abnormal Yang qi.Second, the evil of phlegm drink is most likely to damage the fire of sanjiao and spleen and stomach Yang qi.The third is due to the damage of human Yang qi,mainly by mistake sweat, mistake.Four is improper diet, raw and cold diet, diet is not section, eat full on the bed can hurt the viscera Yang qi.Five is overwork Yang, overwork is the most vulnerable to injury and human Yang.In the process of diagnosis and treatment,Wu tang first put forward the idea of dividing the Trifocal treatment. He believed that the upper focal point should be ethereal, the middle focal point should be suitable for physical use,and the lower focal point should be fluid and full.Based on this,Wu tang put forward the use of cassia twigs, ginseng, indian bread with hostwood and other medicines for buxinyang.Bufeiyang using poria cocos, largehead atractylodes rhizome, ginseng, white kou and other drugs. When spleen Yang is insufficient, use medicine such as guangpi,Yizhi kernel, cardamom kernel,Shenqu, etc.,to fill its Yang, fill its use;The deficiency of stomach Yang with ginseng, poria cocos, pinellia ternata, coix seed and so on to supplement its Yang, its body.Liver Yang deficiency,Yang supplement, supplement its use also, such as Angelica, turmeric, incense, incense and so on;Kidney Yang deficiency, fill Yang, fill its use also, such as cinnamon, aconite, sulfur, dodder and so on.Wu tang was found to have made good use of cassia twig,Tuckahoe, aconite, dried ginger and ginseng.Among them, cassia twig can warm Yang to help qi,tongbuyang role.It has the effect of warming the five zang Yang qi,helping Yang change qi,supplementing qi and supplementing stomach Yang.In addition, poria tuckahoe can supplement stomach Yang and help supplement Yang qi.Singan hot aconite is the essential medicine to warm up Yang qi.In the understanding of the disease on the abnormal Yang qi is common in diseases such as fatigue, phlegm, cold and dampness. In the understanding of asthenia syndrome,Yang asthenia syndrome is mostly "nine out of ten laoyang patients".In the treatment, attention should be paid to the care of the spleen and stomach Yang in the middle scorch, and the treatment of asthenia syndrome is usually supplemented and reduced in the small construction,by harmonizing the camp and wei,and cultivating and reinforcing the middle soil.In the treatment of phlegm-drinking disease,it is suggested that sanjiao fire failure is the main pathogenesis, and the treatment is based on Zhongjing’s "warm medicine and medicine".In the understanding of cold dampness disease,it is thought that cold dampness is the combination of dampness evil and cold water. In the treatment of upper coke to open lung qi to save heart Yang;Coke cold wet to "open ditches, transport zhongyang, chonggang soil";Lower coke cold dampness to protect kidney Yang, spleen Yang, urine treatment. It can be seen that Wu Jutong’s thought of attaching importance to Yang qi and the method of protecting Yang Qi are worth our in-depth excavation and research.Through comprehensive collection, sorting, induction, analysis and summary of wu Tang’s related works, this study draws the above conclusions, hoping to provide reference for the development of traditional Chinese medicine theory.
