Observation On The Clinical Efficacy Of Haitongpi Fang Ironing Compress In The Treatment Of Blood Stasis Type Lumbar Disc Herniation

[Objective]To objectively evaluate the clinical efficacy of Haitongpi Fang ironing compress in the treatment of blood stasis type lumbar disc herniation,to clarify the therapeutic advantages of Haitongpi Fang ironing compress in the treatment of blood stasis type lumbar intervertebral disc herniation,for the treatment of Haitongpi Fang ironing compress.To provide the basis for the promotion and application of lumbar disc herniation.[Methods]1.The patients selected in this study were all patients diagnosed with blood stasis type lumbar disc herniation at the Second Spine Clinic of Wangjing Hospital from December 2020 to January 2022.The patients were randomly divided into two groups.Group,30 cases in each group,60 cases in total,for clinical observation research.2.The enrolled patients were given health education and general treatment,such as bed rest,correction of bad posture,avoidance of fatigue and functional exercise.The experimental group was additionally treated with iron compress with Haitongpi Fang,and the control group was additionally treated with external application of Voltaren.3.Data collection was performed before the patients received treatment and on the 3rd,7th,10th,and 14th days after treatment,and the patients’ VAS score,ODI scale,and SF-12 quality of life were collected and recorded each time.Table,in which the SF-12 quality of life scale is divided into two dimensions:physical health(PCS)and mental health(MCS).[Results]Compared with before treatment,the VAS score,ODI score,SF-12 PCS score and SF-12 MCS score of the two groups were improved.On the 3rd day after treatment,there was no significant difference in the VAS score,ODI score and SF-12 PCS score between the two groups(P>0.05).The SF-12 MCS score of the experimental group was better than that of the control group.There was statistical significance(P<0.05);on the 7th,10th and 14th days after treatment,in addition to the SF-12 PCS score,the VAS score,ODI score and SF-12 MCS score of the experimental group All were better than the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The SF-12 PCS score was only at 14 days after treatment,and the experimental group was better than the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).[Conclusion]1.Haitongpi Fang ironing compress in the treatment of LDH can effectively relieve back pain and dysfunction,and is beneficial to improve the physical and mental health of patients.2.In the treatment of LDH with Haitongpi Fang ironing compress,the pain relief and function improvement were faster and more effective than the topical application of Voltaren.3.Haitongpi Fang ironing compress in the treatment of LDH has obvious therapeutic effect,is convenient to use,economical,easy to be accepted by patients and easy to promote.
