[Background]The "Thirteenth Five-Year" National Health Promotion and Education Work Plan proposed to promote the implementation of health education and health promotion in hospitals.Healthy lifestyle is an important part of health promotion,and it is beneficial for medical staff to provide patients with healthy lifestyle guidance to improve patient satisfaction.To understand the current supply and demand of healthy lifestyle guidance services in my country’s tertiary public hospitals and the distribution of departments,the distribution of healthy lifestyle guidance services in different departments,and to analyze the health care received by patients in tertiary public hospitals in my country from the two levels of patients and hospitals.Satisfaction and influencing factors of lifestyle guidance services.Provide a scientific basis for the hospital to carry out healthy lifestyle guidance services and improve the relevant assessment mechanism in the future.[Methods]This study collected data on outpatients,inpatients,and medical institutions in 143 hospitals across the country based on the third-party assessment of the National Action to Improve Medical Services(the fifth round).The frequency(constituent ratio)was used to describe the current status of healthy lifestyle guidance services.SNK(Student-Newman-Keuls)test was used to analyze the differences in the distribution of patients receiving healthy lifestyle guidance in different departments.Two-class logistic regression was used to analyze the satisfaction of patients with healthy lifestyle guidance services from two levels of patients and institutions.Spearman rank correlation was used to analyze the correlation between the volume of healthy lifestyle guidance services,patients’ satisfaction with healthy lifestyle guidance services and overall medical satisfaction.[Results]The proportion of outpatients who did not receive healthy lifestyle guidance services was higher than that of inpatients,and one-to-one communication with medical staff was the most desirable way for patients to receive this service.There are slight differences in the distribution of healthy lifestyle guidance services among different departments.At the patient level,the influencing factors of patient satisfaction with healthy lifestyle guidance services are:outpatients with rural hukou are less satisfied with healthy lifestyle guidance services than outpatients with urban hukou,and outpatients with medical assistance are less satisfied with healthy lifestyle guidance.Service satisfaction is lower than urban employee medical insurance patients.Female inpatients are less satisfied with healthy lifestyle guidance services than male inpatients.The higher the degree(p<0.05);the influencing factors at the institution level are:the satisfaction of outpatients and inpatients in the hospitals in the eastern region for the healthy lifestyle guidance service is higher than that in the hospitals in the western region,and the outpatient and inpatient services of the subordinate hospitals The satisfaction of patients with healthy lifestyle guidance services is higher than that of patients in local hospitals.There was a positive correlation between patients’ satisfaction with healthy lifestyle guidance services and patients’ satisfaction with overall medical treatment.[Conclusion]The satisfaction of patients with healthy lifestyle guidance service is high.Outpatient health education services are not in place.Vulnerable group patients(patients with low-income medical assistance in rural areas)have low satisfaction with healthy lifestyle guidance services.Nursing human resources in a hospital affect patients’satisfaction with receiving healthy lifestyle guidance services.During the "14th Five-Year Plan" period,it is necessary to strengthen the healthy lifestyle guidance service for outpatients,and extend the service through the self-media platform.Build a "medical caremedical social worker-volunteer" team,pay attention to vulnerable groups,and provide patients with differentiated healthy lifestyle guidance services.
