Analysis And Research On Influencing Factors Of Medical Linear Accelerator Installation Project Quality

As residents’ healthy living standards have received more and more attention,the medical device market has continued to develop,and the incidence of tumors in China has continued to rise.Medical linear accelerators for radiotherapy are favored.Hospitals and patients also have higher expectations for the quality of medical equipment,and the orderly operation of medical equipment also directly affects the clinical use of hospitals and the competitiveness of enterprises.This thesis consults the relevant literature and combines the research status,aiming at the factors affecting the quality of the installation project,using the factors identification,relationship research,and qualitative analysis of the weight value in the project management tools and methods to explore.Firstly,the background and significance of the research are expounded,and the feasibility of the research quality factor in the installation project is expounded.Interviews were used to objectively record the original data affecting the quality of accelerator installation projects,and then grounded theory was used to extract and summarize the types of factors and build a quality-influencing factor model.Then use the DEMETAL model to analyze the relationship between factors at different levels,that is,the influence and the degree of influence,the degree of centrality and the degree of cause of each factor,and to explore the status and role of different factors in the quality factor model.Finally,the AHP analytic hierarchy process is used to calculate the consistency test of the influence matrix of each factor on the upper-level factors and the ranking of the weight values of the corresponding factors.Specific roles in real-world projects.The chapter on the improvement of quality influencing factors starts from three perspectives,and proposes specific control measures for personnel factors,mechanical factors,material factors,process factors,environmental factors,and measurement factors from the six factors that affect quality.Plan from the perspective of the relevant parties of the accelerator installation project,and propose specific control measures for the project manager,civil engineering,shielding,strong and weak electricity,decoration,transportation and hoisting,HVAC,water cooling,fire protection,installation training management and other ten relevant parties.From the perspective of each stage of quality management of the installation project,it is divided into three links:pre-preparation,in-process inspection,and post-acceptance to improve the quality influencing factors.Analyze the research deficiencies and continuously improve the influencing factors of project quality,so that enterprises gradually realize the importance of strengthening quality management,so as to continuously improve the quality management system of linear accelerator installation projects,and provide reference for the quality management of other similar medical device installation projects significance.
