| China is the third largest medical device market in the world, just after the United States and Japan. The ratio of large medical equipment is almost one-third of the total. And with "new medical reform" policy in China recent years, medical equipment industry will have more opportunities. With the medical market expanding, however, the resulting is intensifying competition between the medical enterprises, how to attract customers becomes to the focus of all medical company. At present, most medical company invest their money and efforts in research and manufacture, they often ignore the service management, especially the service quality management. And the installation of large medical device as the starting and key point of the customer service, very representative. So this thesis is based on the current problems existing in the installation project, also based on the disadvantage existing in the current installation project quality management. We improve and optimization the current installation quality management.This thesis reviews the developing history of project quality management and related theoretical basis, and then analysis the feasibility and validity on quality management used in the large medical device installation project. In this process, the author mainly finished the following works:1) From the perspective of quality management to analyze the characteristics of the installation project and the main problems existing in installation project, put forward ideas and framework to the new quality management in the installation project.2) Highlight the quality planning, and make the installation quality management policy and objectives of the project, set up quality management organization, define the responsibilities to all organizations.3) Adopt the method of total quality management to beforehand control of installation projects, expansion the in progress inspection, and to strengthen the current examination on the completion of the work. At the same time through continuous use of PDCA cycle to control six kind of factors which affects the quality of installation projects.4) Further proposed use some of lean six sigma management method to supplement the total quality management.5) Stick to use the continuous improvement ideas and methods in installation quality management.6) Use MR installation project as the research object, through a series of evaluation criteria, verify the correctness and feasibility of quality management.This thesis is an exploratory research of project quality management using in the large medical device installation project, the result of the research shows it can improve the installation quality of the project, and obtain the corresponding cost and schedule on earnings, formed a set of large medical device installation project quality management model, hope in the future it will be a guiding role in the promotion of quality management on this kind of service industry. |
