Clinical Study Of Jianpi Xiaodu Decoction No.1 On CAG With IM And Its Effect On Expression Of IL-6 And IL-8 In Gastric Mucosa

Objective : To observe the clinical effect of Jianpi Xiaodu Decoction No.1 in the treatment of CAG with IM and its effect on the expression of IL-6and IL-8 in gastric mucosa,and to explore the mechanism of Jianpi Xiaodu Decoction No.1 in the intervention of CAG with IM,so as to provide support for clinical treatment of this disease.Methods : According to the case selection criteria,36 cases of CAG with IM,TCM syndrome type of spleen deficiency and dampness poison patients were treated with Jianpi Xiaodu Decoction No.1,a total of 24 weeks,take their own before and after the control method,observation of Jianpi Xiaodu Decoction No.1 on CAG with IM patients before and after treatment of clinical symptoms integral,gastroscope image integral,pathological integral,gastric mucosa IL-6,serum index IL-8 changes,evaluation of Jianpi Xiaodu Decoction No.1 on CAG with IM patients with clinical total curative effect,symptoms curative effect,gastroscope pathological curative effect,gastric mucosa IL-6,IL-8 expression curative effect.Results : Clinical total curative effect : cure rate 8.33 %,markedly effective rate 36.11 %,effective rate 50.00 %,invalid 5.56 %,total effective rate 94.44 %.TCM symptom score : stomach pain,fullness,noise,physical distress,belching,anti-acid,nausea and vomiting,bitter mouth and dry mouth and other symptoms were improved compared with those before treatment(P0.05).The serum index IL-8 was detected before and after treatment.After treatment,the IL-8 score decreased as a whole,but there was no significant difference between before and after treatment(P>0.05).Conclusion : Jianpi Xiaodu Decoction 1 can improve the clinical symptoms,gastroscopy and histopathological manifestations of CAG patients with IM,and the mechanism may be related to the inhibition of the expression of IL-6 and IL-8 in gastric mucosa.
