| Objective: By observing the postoperative efficacy of "Xiaochai Hu Decoction plus or minus " in the treatment of Supination External Rotation Ankle Fractures Ⅳ°in the elderly,the purpose is to explore the postoperative recovery effect of “Xiaochai Hu Decoction plus or minus” in elderly patients with fracture.Methods:1.Patients with Supination External Rotation Ankle FracturesⅣ° who met the selection criteria and were admitted to our hospital from September 2019 to December 2021 were collected and analyzed.Patients were randomly divided into two groups: control group and treatment group,30 cases as control group: open reduction and internal fixation;The other 30 cases were treated as the treatment group: on the basis of the same operation,they began to take “Xiaochai Hu decoction plus or minus” one day after operation for a month,guided functional exercise after operation,followed up to record postoperative “AOFAS ankle-hindfoot score” was recorded at 1 and 3 months after operation,“VAS pain score” at 1 week,3 weeks and 1 month after operation,and ankle range of motion at 1 week,1 month and 3 months after operation.SPSS26.0 was used for statistical analysis of the collected data.2.Using network pharmacology methods,target mapping,protein interaction network construction,enrichment analysis and other methods were used to study the target pathway mechanism of bone-forming effect of“Xiaochai Hu decoction plus or minus”.Results:1.60 patients were followed up.There was no significant difference in AOFAS score between the treatment group and the control group before operation(P > 0.05).At 1 and 3 months after operation,the AOFAS score of the treatment group was higher than that of the control group(P < 0.05).2.There was no significant difference in VAS score between the two groups before operation(P > 0.05).The VAS score of the two groups decreased at 1 week,3 weeks and 1 month after operation,but the VAS score of the treatment group was lower than that of the control group(P < 0.05).3.There was significant difference in ankle range of motion between the two groups before operation(P > 0.05).At 1 and 3months after treatment,the ankle range of motion of the treatment group was better than that of the control group(P < 0.05).4.According to the study of network pharmacology,"Xiao Chaihu decoction" may play a role in anti-osteoporosis by inhibiting osteoclast differentiation and promoting osteoclast apoptosis,osteoblast production and vascular development.Conclusion: “xiaochai Hu decoction plus or minus” has the effect of promoting the recovery of ankle function and alleviating the pain after ankle joint operation in the treatment of ⅳ degree supine external rotation ankle fracture in the elderly.“xiaochai Hu decoction plus or minus” can exert its anti-osteoporosis ability from multi-target and multi-pathway. |
