Observation Of Curative Effect Of Fuyuan Huoxue Decoction On Preoperative Soft Tissue Swelling Subsidence In Lauge-hansen Supination External Rotation Type Ⅳ° Ankle Fractures

Objective: This topic aims to study the effect of Fuyuan Huoxue Decoction on preoperative soft tissue swelling subsidence in patients with Qi stagnation and blood stasis syndrome of supination-external rotation type IV° ankle fractures,and to analyze its clinical application prospects.Methods: A total of 76 patients with supination-external rotation type IV° ankle fractures who were treated in our hospital from February 2021 to February 2022 were enrolled and randomly divided into control group and experimental group.After admission,the two groups of patients were treated with calcaneal traction on the affected side,limb elevation,ice,drug swelling,pain relief and other treatments.On the basis of the co-treatment plan,the experimental group took Fuyuan Huoxue decoction orally from the day of admission until the day before the operation,take it for 5 days.Record each patient’s ankle circumference difference,preoperative waiting time,TCM symptom score,occurrence time of tension blisters and skin wrinkles,complications,and complications of each patient were recorded before and 1,3 and 5 days after taking TCM.The data were collated and calculated and analyzed.Results: 2 cases dropped out in the experimental group,74 eligible patients were finally included,38 in the control group,and 36 in the experimental group.There was no significant difference in gender,age,height,weight,and affected limb between the two groups(P>0.05).There was no significant difference in TCM syndrome score between the experimental group and the control group before taking TCM(P>0.05).On the 5th day after taking traditional Chinese medicine,the TCM symptom score of the experimental group was lower than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);The total effective rate of TCM treatment in experimental group was higher than that in control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no statistical difference in ankle circumference difference before and 1 day after taking Chinese medicine(P>0.05).On the 3rd and 5th day after taking the traditional Chinese medicine,the ankle circumference difference of the experimental group was smaller than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no statistical difference in the occurrence of tension blisters between the two groups(P>0.05);the appearance time of skin wrinkle signs and preoperative waiting time in the experimental group were lower than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion: Fuyuan Huoxue Decoction can reduce the degree of limb swelling before operation,shorten the appearance time of skin wrinkle sign and the waiting time before operation for supination and external rotation type IV° ankle fracture.
