Clinical Study On Soothing The Liver,Strengthening The Spleen And Relieving Pain Treating Liver Depression And Spleen Deficiency Migraine With Acupuncture And Medicine

Objective: Through observing the clinical efficacy of the method of soothing the liver,strengthening the spleen and relieving pain under acupuncture combined with medicine on migraine with stagnation of the liver and deficiency of the spleen,the mechanism of its action was preliminarily discussed.Thus to increase the further cognition of the remedy of liver depression and spleen deficiency type migraine,and provide a more clinical remedy.Methods: From the period from October 2019 to December 2021,60 sufferers with migraine sufferers in Weifang City Hospital of Medicine Hospital,and were randomly divided into the remedy group and contrast group.The contrast group was given flunarizine hydrochloride capsules to take each night before going to sleep.The remedy group was treated with a coalition of acupuncture and medicine.One dose of traditional Chinese medicine was added and subtracted by the self-made formula for soothing liver and invigorating spleen and relieving pain.Each dose was converted into an equal amount of non-decocted particles according to the production process of traditional Chinese medicine particles,which were boiled into about 200 ml and taken separately in the morning and evening.Acupuncture and moxibustion to fengchi,sun,Taichong and other points to soothe the liver,strengthen the spleen and relieve pain,filiform needle acupuncture remedy.Both groups could be given ibuprofen sustained-release capsules orally if necessary.The curative effect was evaluated after Four weeks of remedy in both groups.Application SPSS25.0 statistics software compares the general information of the two groups,TCM syndrome scores before and after remedy and TCM syndrome efficacy,visual analog scale(VAS).Results: During the study,2 sufferers dropped out due to various reasons,and 30 subjects in the contrast group and 28 subjects in the remedy group were finally completed.There was no statistical difference in general data analysis between the two groups.In Chinese medicine remedy,the total effective rate of the remedy group was 96.43%,and the total efficiency of the contrast group was 80.00%.After various comparisons,the therapeutic effect of the remedy group was significantly higher than that of the contrast group.No obvious adverse reactions were found in both groups during the remedy.Conclusion: The coalition of acupuncture and medicine in the remedy of liver depression and spleen deficiency migraine has clinical efficacy,and no serious adverse reactions during the process.Acupuncture coalition of acupuncture and medicine for treating migraine has better effect than western medicine alone in relieving the symptoms of the sufferer,and improves the quality of life of the sufferer.The therapeutic ideas of acupuncture combined with drugs and the therapeutic methods of soothing the liver,invigorating the spleen and relieving pain are worthy of further clinical research and application.
