| Objective: By observing the changes of nasal symptom and sign scores,TNSS and TNNSS,and TCM symptom scores on the treatment of allergic rhinitis of the type of pulmonary instability with cross moxibustion on the back, the clinical efficacy of this moxibustion method for the treatment of allergic rhinitis was comprehensively evaluated, providing more objective data support and broader ideas for the future exploration of the possibility of moxibustion in the diagnosis and treatment of allergic rhinitis. Methods: A total of 60 patients who met the inclusion criteria and syndrome types were selected for clinical research.Randomized experimental method was used to divide 60 patients into a treatment group and a control group with30 cases in each at a ratio of 1:1.The treatment group was treated with back cross moxibustion, once a week, and 4 weeks was a course of treatment; The way of oral Yupingfeng Granules,3 times a day,5g/time,after meals,4 weeks is a course of treatment. Before and after treatment, the clinical symptoms, physical sign scores, rhinitis symptoms(TNSS)scores, nasal associated symptoms(TNNSS)and TCM symptom scores of the two groups of patients were recorded in detail, and the differences of each index were statistically analyzed, and the allergic reactions to the back cross moxibustion therapy were recorded.Efficacy evaluation of rhinitis. Results: In terms of overall efficiency, both the back cross moxibustion group and the herbal treatment group had better clinical efficacy in the treatment of allergic rhinitis, the overall efficiency of the treatment group:96.67%,the overall efficiency of the control group: 86.67%,and the efficacy of the treatment group was better than that of the control group P < 0.05,which was statistically significant.Second,in terms of improving various clinical symptoms,(1)on symptoms: the back cross moxibustion group was better than the Chinese medicine control group in improving symptoms P < 0.05,with statistical significance;(2)on signs: the difference between the two groups at the end of the treatment course was not statistically significant P > 0.05;(3)on nasal symptoms and nasal concomitant symptoms: the comparison between the two groups after treatment suggested that the back cross moxibustion group was better than the control group in improving nasal symptoms and nasal concomitant symptoms P < 0.05,which is statistically significant;third,in terms of TCM efficacy, the TCM symptom score of the treatment group was significantly lower than that of the control group P < 0.05,which is statistically significant. And the total efficacy of TCM symptoms in the back cross moxibustion group was 90%,superior to the efficacy of the control group:70%,with a statistically significant difference P < 0.05.Conclusion: Both treatments could treat allergic rhinitis of the type of lung guard incompetence, but the overall efficacy of the back cross moxibustion group was superior to that of the control group, mainly in terms of improving the overall symptoms nasal symptoms, nasal concomitant symptoms, and TCM symptoms;there was no significant difference in the effect of the two groups in terms of improvement of physical signs. |
