Clinical Study On Modified Ginseng Siwu Decoction In Treating Chronic Heart Failure (Qi Deficiency And Blood Stasis Type)

Objective: By observing the influence of modified Ginseng Siwu Decoction on the clinical efficacy of patients with chronic heart failure of qi deficiency and blood stasis,this paper evaluates the effectiveness and safety of modified Ginseng Siwu Decoction in treating chronic heart failure,and provides theoretical basis for clinical treatment of chronic heart failure.Methods: A total of 60 patients in the cardiology ward and outpatient department of the Affiliated Hospital of Shandong University of Traditional Chinese Medicine were collected and divided into a routine group and a treatment group according to the random number table method,with 30 cases in each group.The routine group was given routine treatment,and the treatment group was given ginshensiwu decoction on the basis of the routine group for 4 weeks.The efficacy of cardiac function classification,TCM syndrome score,TCM syndrome efficacy,6-minute walking test(6MWT),and Minnesota Living with Heart Failure Questionnaire(MLHFQ)were recorded and compared between the two groups before and after treatment.),left ventricular end-systolic diameter(LVESD),left ventricular end-diastolic diameter(LVEDD),left ventricular ejection fraction(LVEF),left ventricular stroke output(SV),N-terminal probrain natriuretic peptide(NT-pro BNP))and changes in high-sensitivity troponin T(hs-CTn T).Results: After 4 weeks of treatment,the symptoms of both groups were significantly improved.Efficacy indicators before and after treatment: the improvement of cardiac function classification,TCM syndrome scores and total scores,6MWT and MLHFQ in the treatment group were significantly better than those in the routine group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);ultrasound indicators: LVEDD and LVESD in the treatment group The reduction degree,LVEF and SV improvement degree were better than those of the routine group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05);Laboratory indicators: The reduction range of NT-pro BNP and hs-CTn T in the treatment group was higher than that in the routine group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05);Adverse reactions: The incidence of adverse reactions in the treatment group was lower than that in the routine group;Safety indicators: Before and after treatment,there were no obvious abnormalities in the three routine,liver and kidney function and electrolyte of the two groups.Conclusion: Modified Renshen Siwu Decoction can improve cardiac function and ejection fraction in patients with CHF,relieve clinical symptoms,improve curative effect and quality of life,reduce the incidence of adverse reactions with high safety.
