| Objective:Guided by the theory of spleen-stomach ascending and descending,the clinical effect of Shenshuai Liujunzi Decoction in improving nutritional status of chronic renal failure patients with spleen-stomach disharmony was observed.Methods:This study selected 72 patients who met the diagnostic criteria for chronic renal failure with spleen-stomach dissonance from September 2019 to November 2021 in the outpatient clinic and ward of the Department of Nephrology,Affiliated Hospital of Shandong University of Traditional Chinese Medicine.Random group,36 people in each group,divided into control group and experimental group.Both groups were given basic western medicine treatment,while the control group was given Shenshuining tablets on the basis of general western medicine treatment,5 tablets each time,3 times a day,orally.The experimental group was generally given one dose of Shenshui Liujunzi Decoction per day on the basis of western medicine,decocted in water and mixed well.A total of about 400 ml of juice was taken,once in the morning and once in the evening,and taken warm.The two groups of patients took medicine for 4 weeks as a course of treatment,and both groups took one course of treatment.Results:1.Comparison of nutritional status between the two groups: after treatment,serum albumin and hemoglobin in both groups were increased(P<0.05),while leptin,cholesterol and C-reactive protein were decreased(P<0.05).Compared with the control group(P<0.05);compared with before treatment,the prealbumin in the experimental group increased after treatment(P<0.05).After treatment,transferrin in both groups increased(P<0.05),and there was no statistical difference between groups(P>0.05).2.Comparison of renal function between the two groups: serum creatinine and blood urea nitrogen were decreased in both groups after treatment(P<0.01),indicating that both groups could significantly improve renal function after treatment.After treatment,the reduction degree of serum creatinine in the experimental group was better than that in the treatment group(P<0.05),and there was no statistical difference between the urea nitrogen groups(P>0.05).3.Comparison of TCM syndrome scores: After treatment,the two groups could effectively improve the clinical symptoms and reduce the scores(P<0.01),and the experimental group was better than the control group(P<0.01).4.Comparison of clinical efficacy: efficacy of traditional Chinese medicine symptoms: after treatment,the effective rate of the disease in the treatment group was 87.10%,and the effective rate in the control group was68.75%,and the experimental group was better than the control group(P<0.05).The total efficacy of the disease: the test group was 87.10%,the control group was 75%,the test group was better than the control group(P<0.05).5.Safety comparison: There were no significant changes in liver function,stool routine,electrocardiogram,etc.before and after treatment in the two groups of patients after statistical analysis(P > 0.05).During the clinical observation period,the patient had no adverse reactions,and the safety indicators were normal,indicating that the Shenshuai Liujunzi Decoction was highly safe.Conclusion:1.Shenshui Liujunzi Decoction can improve serum albumin,hemoglobin,reduce serum creatinine,blood urea nitrogen,cholesterol,syndrome scores,improve the malnutrition state of patients,and protect renal function to a certain extent.2.Shenshuai Liujunzi Decoction can improve the clinical symptoms of chronic renal failure patients with discordant spleen and stomach,and improve the quality of life of patients.And less toxic and side effects and high safety. |
