The Effect Of Taohong Siwu Decoction On The Curative Effect Of Open Reduction And Locking Plate Internal Fixation Of Proximal

Objective: To explore the effect of Taohong Siwu Decoction on the curative effect of open reduction and locked plate internal fixation of proximal humerus fractures by comparing and analyzing the postoperative pain and the evolution trend of affected limb swelling,the level of serum inflammatory factors and the difference of shoulder joint function score.Methods: We selected 50 patients with qi stagnation and blood stasis proximal humeral fractures that met the study criteria and randomly divided them into treatment group and control group,with 25 patients in each group.Both groups received open reduction and internal fixation with locking plate for proximal humeral fractures.Conventional symptomatic treatment such as analgesia,detumescence and antibiotic anti-infection was given after operation.On the basis of the previous treatment regimen,the experimental group was given taohong Siwu Decoction for internal treatment.The VAS pain score,the swelling of affected limb,and the change trend of serum CRP and TNF-a levels were compared and analyzed between the two groups on the 1st,3rd and 7th day after surgery.The difference of Constant-Murley score of shoulder function 3 months after operation was analyzed.Results: There was no significant difference in VAS pain score,limb swelling degree,serum TNF-α and CRP levels after oral administration of taohong Siwu Decoction on the 1st day after surgery(P>0.05).After 7 days of treatment,all indexes in the experimental group were significantly better than those in the control group(P<0.05).Three months after the operation,the function score of shoulder joint in the experimental group was better(P<0.05).Conclusion: After open reduction and locked plate internal fixation of proximal humerus fracture combined with taohong Siwu decoction for internal administration can significantly relieve postoperative pain,Swelling and other symptoms,inhibit inflammation,reduce the occurrence of complications,create conditions for early rehabilitation exercise for patients,promote postoperative recovery,can obtain better efficacy.
